Vacation rentals with beach access in North Park, San Diego

This was just what we needed for our stay! Easy walk to the bay, and to surrounding restaurants. Quinn gave very clear instructions on where everything was.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Cody’s unit! It really is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach, and PERFECT for coming to explore pacific beach. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing, beach getaway. Fun bars and restaurants are all well within walking distance, and the check in process was very easy. Cody was responsive and always available for help. Also, as two girls traveling, the biggest positive was how safe the area felt!

Joaquins place was so nice and as pictured. We felt so at home and had everything we needed for a nice stay! We really appreciated the hospitality and the bikes were a plus! The location is great and parking was easy. The bed was comfortable, everything was perfect. Some tips: the place was a little difficult for us to find (a user error Im sure) but we looked at the trash cans for the house number. To adjust the seat on the bikes there are tools attached to one of the pouches on one of the bikes. You won't be disappointed in this rental, would definitely stay again!

Pretty much perfect. Location is just stupid perfect. Walk right over to the Del Coronado, right to the beach, right to coffee. The place is perfect for a couples romantic stay. I plan on going back each year. I would suggest using their parking at the B of A right next door. Totally worth it. I really have zero bad things to say. Value A+. Easy A+ Clean A+. Safety A+++++. Lobster rolls across the street A+. Buzzed coffee around the corner A++++. I’ll be back.

We had an amazing family trip to attend a graduation at U of San Diego. The space was perfect for the 5 if us. We enjoyed the patio, living areas and kitchen. Plenty of closest and storage. The host was extremely responsive. I loved the layout and the safe parking in the back. The beds were comfortable and the place had a modern clean feel. Having washer and dryer handy was a plus.

Our host John provides a beautifully decorated home in a quiet, central neighborhood. The setup is exceptional, with both a heated pool and hot tub, and the experience felt like staying in a boutique hotel. He thoughtfully includes amenities like toothbrushes, makeup remover wipes, cotton pads, and more — the attention to detail really impressed us. We absolutely loved our time in La Jolla, and John’s local tips were spot-on. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend booking with him.

Great location and very well kept. Beach bungalow/ cabin vibe. Walking distance to anything and everything around Ocean Beach, which is so fun and lively but still peaceful! The cliffs down the road are a bit dangerous and windy but with the right shoes, so worth the views. We didn’t realize the hot tub was shared with 2 other units on the property but we got lucky and had no trouble using it when others weren’t and barely noticed our neighbors- they were very quiet. Owners were great and responded within seconds!

Great stay, felt very safe and at home. So much to do at a walkable distance, very close to the beach, 10/10 would definitely stay again. Albert was awesome, proactive at check-in, and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great little place! We really enjoyed the walkable area. The bed was comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We made a morning ritual of grabbing coffee from the funky coffee shop right across the street and walking down to the pier to watch the surfers. We also appreciated all of the beach supplies (towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc..) there for guests! Super nice location and a great experience.

Great place. The space was clean, comfortable, and compact, but not small. Furniture and amenities were all modern. Super convenient space. Walked everywhere. 2 blocks to sunset cliffs and great breakfast cafe and mexican food. Less than 1 mile/10 min walk to Newport Ave and OB for great bars/breweries, music, food, etc. Felt like we were living like locals. We didn't use the garage but parking on the street was easy. The listing does say you share a wall but its still quiet, however just note, you may be walking past the adjoining neighbors windows or door to get to the entrance of the unit, or sharing the yard if you are hanging out there (we did not).

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. This was our second time staying here. The location is quiet, close to the beach, and it is nice that they supply everything you need for the beach and babies. I appreciate the high chair and foldable crib. They supply beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, towels, and a wagon to hold it all. There were even strollers with large wheels that could better access the sandy beach than our umbrella stroller. The outdoor yard area is a nice place to hang out. There were people staying above us and we barely heard them. Not enough to disrupt our stay. We will definitely be back!

This was our second stay at this apartment, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. We love being so close to the beach and within easy walking distance of Ocean Beach. For week-long visits, having a well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook a few meals at home. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and having access to a washer and dryer is a huge plus. We will stay here again on our next trip to San Diego.

This was a wonderful place to stay. My wife, my two children, and myself stayed here for three nights. Everything was a breeze, and we had everything that we needed. Mugs, glasses, plates, etc. were all provided. This is so conveniently located. You are within a three minute walk to Starbucks, a four minute walk to the beach, and a four minute walk to outstanding restaurants nearby. The area is safe, clean, and quiet. This place is ideal for a small family that is bringing only one car. If you bring more than one car, you have to park publicly on the side of the street, which is very inconvenient in my opinion. Geoff provided everything for us, including an extra twin size bed, sand toys for the beach, beach, chairs, and beach towels. We would love to stay with Jeff again.

Wonderful stay! The place was clean and had everything we needed for a week long visit to San Diego. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Easy walk to the beach and many local eateries. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

We enjoyed our stay at Andy’s place. It was plenty of space for 3 of us to stay. Great views. It gets a little warm at night in the bedroom without air conditioning but they do provide an extra fan which helps. Overall, the space was great and we would recommend to others.

Incredible location right on the beach! Great restaurants and eateries all in walking distance, including coffee shops, bakery, and convenience stores. Emmy's welcome book included great tips and recommendations for the area. Both the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, both well stocked. Highly recommend.
