Smoking friendly vacation rentals in North Naples, Collier County

This was exactly what I needed for my visit to Naples! It was a clean, quiet townhome in a great part of town & close to everything I needed! I really appreciated my stay!

Michael was an excellent host. He was very communicative and responded quickly to our questions. The quiet area is close to Bonita Springs Beach (less than 5 minutes via car!) The home was clean and comfortable. We will definitely rebook the next time we are in the area. Thanks, Michael, for making our vacation great!

Great value for a simple stay! We stayed in Jessy’s studio while visiting our FGCU student. Location is within a few minutes drive to several stores and shopping centers. Convenient location to the college if your preference is to stay out of high priced hotels. We don’t spend much time in lodging when visiting our student as we’re spending as much time as we can with our kid! Would be a great location for FGCU move in/out when you’re busy all day and just need a comfortable, safe place to sleep. We didn’t use any appliances or fix meals but everything was there should we have wanted to. Space is just as described - a studio created under a stilt home. Didn’t see a single bug…which if you frequent south Florida often, you know is a victory of its own. Parking is off road which is important in San Carlos as the streets are tight. We had a little extra effort getting into the parking space but this was more due to the massive size of our rental, not the property.

Fantastic stay and very easy to work with. Was able to accommodate me when my plans changed on having to stay and added to my time. Would stay again.

Perfect location! Fun themed tropical pool. Convenient to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. Last minute booking. Quick response time. Couches were very comfortable too. We will definitely book again! Thank you!

Just what we needed...a few days away...Nicole's place was perfect! Perfect in many ways! Loved sitting outside and watching the world go by. If you know Naples, this is in a perfect location. If you don't know Naples, this is a perfect location! Access to the beaches, awesome restaurants and more! Nicole is a great host and very responsive! My wife needed to work while there and Nicole made sure she had an office chair. We recommend!

This was our second time in this house. We did it again because we liked it the first time and we didn't regret it, it was even better.Jeanette is an excellent host and makes you feel at home and you can enjoy your stay to the fullest. We will return again, 100% recommended.

Everything was perfect! the house was very spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. the location was great with lots of restaurants close by. Just a short drive to the beach and shops.

La casa estaba en perfectas condiciones aunque tuvimos un problema con la estufa que la anfitriona pudo resolver rápidamente, las habitaciones, baños muy bonitos la cocina muy funcional y bonita le falta un poco más de equipamiento y enceres, en general nuestra estancia estuvo muy excelente y la consideraría para una nueva estancia.

A very kind host lent us a beach umbrella and two chairs, which truly made our one-day beach outing special!

We loved this vacation and the home was perfect for us, 2 adults and 4 kids. We had a great spring break. We walked to the beach which took 15-20 minutes. Downtown Naples was also easy to get to just a few minutes away by car and we could have easily walked. We were surrounded by million+ dollar homes and walking the neighborhood felt very safe. The hot tub and pool were clean and everything is very newly remodeled. The home seemed bigger than what the pictures portrayed and felt spacious for a beach house. The showers had great pressure and the kitchen was a great size and had everything we needed to cook. Host was very responsive and kind.

Noelle and her mum were very friendly and great hosts! The offered coffee was delicious. Everything was clean and we felt very comfortable and safe.

I really enjoyed the stay at Ivone's. She is a great and generous host, a good communicator and a sympathetic person, which made it easy to feel at home. I could use a bike to go to the beach, which is close by and had a great 2 days there enjoying the sun. Highly recommend!

This place was very nice, very clean! It was a nice space in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Very close to the water and made daily trips to the beach easy. Lots of beach stuff for those who would want to use it! The only feedback I would give is the bed was super firm. And for some that’s great! Otherwise, great rental and host was responsive and polite. Self check in was super easy and I was very pleased that she allowed us to bring our large dog! The washer and dryer was so nice and the kitchen is beautiful.
