Me and my family had a great time at Steve’s place. The weather was a little windy so it did interfere with our plans at the lake but Steves place made up for it with the great pool which was not that cold and lets not even say the hot tub was amazing! Steve was attentive and letting me know how to check in, how to check out and what needed to be done. Thanks!

Nice place to spend our anniversary. The house is well furnished and stocked with amenities. Right across the street from the ocean and a short walk to Rays seafood, short drive to all our favorite spots along the NH coast, including Ordiorne state park and Fuller gardens. Sean has been exceptionally kind and responsive both times we have stayed here. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable stay with all the amenities needed. Location is great for walking to downtown or driving to beaches. Enjoyed sitting in the backyard. Location and house were great for young children. We appreciated the child friendly amenities too! Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Another wonderful stay at 48 Franklin. So comfortable and immaculate. The surroundings are so serene with the bunnies playing outside and the birds fishing in the river. And yet, a quick stroll takes you to coffee and nibbles at Inkwell, dinner at Ambrose or Cornicello, and craft shopping at Exeter Fine Arts. The best!

This a beautiful place to escape from the city and relax in nature. Our host Shannon provided very helpful directions to find the cabin. She was very helpful with our requests and always answered my messages quickly. Place was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a multi-generational trip with my parents and my two young kids all in one house. The house had everything we needed from the well outfitted kitchen to the kid’s secret reading nook. My kids loved reading books that were new to them! Karyn and Alan were so responsive - offering a booster seat for the table for my younger kid. My parents have high standards and they also love a house with character. This house met all expectations - clean, welcoming and full of New England charm. The property is gorgeous and I recommend drinking your morning coffee sitting in a chair outside. Karyn and Alan welcomed us with a gift basket and dropped off home- grown lettuce later in the week. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Joyce was quite responsive to my questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plum Island has always been a favorite of ours, but the drive is long (2 hours without traffic). Getting to stay overnight, enjoy the sunsets and sunrises, easy walk to the beach, and a short drive to town made for a delightful stay. Joyce has put a lot of thought into every detail of the place....from the decor to the amenities....whether in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, laundry, etc. We can't wait to come back again!

If you are looking for a nice place in the Hamptons to stay, this is it. If you want to hang out at the unit or go out, this location is a home away from home. I can’t say enough about this location. Bathroom - spotless with WHITE quality towels, hand towels, and face clothes. Kitchen - had everything you needed. The living room/sleeping area was more than accommodating Yard/porch - a beautiful place for family time or reading a book.

Our stay at Evan and Rachel’s Airbnb was wonderful. The views into the backyard and golf course were very peaceful with a morning coffee. You wouldn’t even know that the home is on a main road with how private it felt. If we stayed longer we would’ve definitely used the hot tub! Wonderful amenities & extras we appreciated the comfortable stay & would love to come back in the future! Thank you again! Brooke

Our 1st time in this lovely town, and we were not disappointed. Definitely going to return. The location of the Airbnb is perfect. Very walkable community. Great views. Carol and Joe could not have been nicer. Space was very clean and comfortable. Thank you both for sharing. Cathy n Mike

Loved our stay! The airbnb is located above a restaurant, so parking in the assigned spaces can be a bit tricky if you arrive at night, but still no issues as we parked in a restaurant spot until we could move the cars later. The location is great, walkable to town and the cliff walk. The inside was more spacious than we anticipated from the photos and it was so nicely decorated! Would definitely come back! The side door was a bit tricky to lock, so I’d recommend only opening if you plan to use the little porch area with the full wall opened up.

Brian’s place was absolutely beautiful and so sweet. In the most peaceful area and very close to Nubble lighthouse and other gorgeous landmarks. It felt like a true local experience being in the location it was. Upon my arrival, it was incredibly clean and spotless. 10/10!

Great place, and great location! Central to everything Newburyport has to offer, and surrounding beaches! Very clean, and stayed cool even in the heat advisory!

I stayed at Alan's place before and I specifically booked his place again. I would have worked my flights around availability if I needed to. I love the location and the apartment layout is absolutely the best. Peaceful and relaxing and everything anyone could need or want is there. Alan and his wife are so friendly and welcoming. I plan on staying with them again for sure. I love looking out the windows at the surrounding trees and I took pictures of the wild turkeys enjoying their surroundings as well this year!

The place is beautiful and the view is even better. Christina checked in with us regularly and helped in any way she could. We will definitely be back for another weekend getaway!

We loved our stay here, perfect location and a clean and comfortable stay! Lots to do in Portsmouth and the surrounding area and especially lots of great places nearby to eat. Convenient to have 2 parking spots and to be right next to a great restaurant! Well hope to be back in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Monik’s condo. She was a very responsive host. The place was just as it looked in the pictures and was very clean. We loved being able to walk across the street to go the beach and we rode our bikes all over town. I would highly recommend staying here if traveling to Hampton.

The best place to stay in Salem and the best host I’ve encountered on Airbnb to date. Alex and David were friendly, thoughtful, communicative and accommodating. Their place is spacious, quaint and comfortable. We made great use of the great location across from the common, walking into the city center for all our outings. We couldn’t have had a better time and stay, thank you so much!

This place was amazing with a beautiful view of the ocean. Very quiet and away from the boardwalk. I would stay again next time with some better weather… overall it was very peaceful enjoying the ocean waves.

Location was absolutely perfect! Directly across the street from the beach and walkable distance to Hampton Beach main strip. The studio set up was perfect for us and our 16 month old, however, I can imagine it being a bit small for a larger family. Definitely will be visiting this area again in the future! Wendy & Mark were great hosts - everything was clean and exactly as expected. Highly recommend.
