The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Breakfast (weekends only) is by request.

The living areas include a fully private livingroom, dining room and kitchen (breakfast not included) as well as a secluded terrace and garden with wellness (optional)

B&B BellaRose is a luxurious, beautifully furnished guest house . Being almost on the banks of the river ‘Maas’, with its beautiful marshlands and so close to the forest, this is the perfect place to enjoy the beauty and the peacefulness of nature. Still, the bustling city of ’s Hertogenbosch is only a stone’s throw away. On request, and for an additional fee, we also offer the use of our wood-burning hot tub, sauna and reflexology massage. Detached split-level holiday home with 4 beds, kitchen, toilet, shower, sauna, forest garden and swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, Nespresso machine, pans, crockery, cutlery, microwave oven and refrigerator. The house is located in the wooded area of Sterksel, near the heath and many green cycling routes. On the forest plot, you have access to an outdoor swimming pool (unheated, open in summer), table, lawn, basketball court, canoes, fire pit, trampoline and BBQ.

Ons vakantiehuisje ligt nabij de Maashorst, een prachtig natuurgebied. Het huisje is voorzien van centrale verwarming, dubbele beglazing, radiatoren in alle kamers. Er is een privésauna in de tuin en een vrijstaand bad op pootje in het huisje, in de tuinkamer. Vanuit de tuin achter het huisje kijk je uit over de velden. Wasmachine aanwezig. Gelegen op een kleinschalig vakantiepark. Maximaal 4 volwassenen. Max 1 baby. Geschikt voor 1 familie of vriendinnengroepje.

Update: incl. pod sauna! Come and relax in our very spacious bus on the farm. Enjoy the nature and possibilities within Woensdrecht. Go for a nice walk in the Kalmthoutse Heide or cycling by the water. The bus has the following amenities: - Fully equipped kitchen - Spacious double bed - Cozy sitting area - Storage space - Air conditioning & heating - Free coffee & tea Luxurious bathroom (including rain shower!) and toilet nearby. Breakfast is no longer offered.

The house is located behind our own house but provides complete privacy and has a view over the small meadow with chickens.
