In the garden, the work studio of the former resident has been transformed into a lovely guest house. Architecture according to the Bosscheschool. Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

Easy to reach from the highway, but only a few minutes' walk to nature park "De Maashorst" and close to nature park "Herperduin".
