Villa vacation rentals in North Athens Regional Unit

We had a great stay! The communication was friendly, fast, and informative, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the garden was well-maintained. The pool was a nice touch, too. With plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, plus the sea just a short walk away, everything was conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet, and we appreciated the easy access to bus for trips to the city. Highly recommend!

Luxurious apartment, where you feel at home! Very cozy and as comfortable as possible. The house has everything from oil, sugar, different coffee and spices, to shampoos and a first aid kit. Special thanks for the cold water and beer, and a full freezer of ice. Washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, dishes - there is everything for a comfortable stay. You can feel that the house is furnished with love. A huge swimming pool with a gorgeous view of the bay. It's great to relax with children - there are a lot of board games in the house, and there are a lot of interesting details in the interior But the best thing about this house is the owner! Surprisingly friendly and helpful. We got caught in a taxi drivers' strike and tried to leave Athens for an hour. We called the owner of the house, and he came to pick us up, driving 45 km there and back. Perfect place for a family holiday! The owner of the house is a wonderful person who cares about his guests. We will definitely return to this house more than once

Fantastic location that is close to Athens so able to visit the Acropolis easily. Great local restaurants and some beaches within walking distance. The villa was great and just as described. The pool was the highlight for us as well as a lack of mosquitoes! Definitely recommend the villa and Lydia!

This spot is nothing short of Unique! The host was so kind and very responsive. We loved the accessibility to local restaurants and bars. We were able to get and Uber very quickly if we needed. The rooms were great and spacious. The pool was definitely a unique touch. I’d be mindful of the shower situation though, no shower curtain in the claw foot tub and the shower curtain in the downstairs shower didn’t prevent the water from going in the bathroom. Other than the showers the stay was incredible and so fun with a group of friends. I recommend if you want a unique stay in the arts area of Athens

The accommodation and especially the view are really incredibly beautiful! We had a very pleasant time there. We were warmly welcomed by the host's parents, who live in a lower area. Unfortunately, the two could not speak English, which is why communication was very difficult. We wanted to check if there was a restaurant open nearby, as we arrived at 11 pm because of our late flight and were very hungry. Unfortunately, the language barrier was too big. We then tried to find an open restaurant in the area or at least a vending machine, we drove around Porto Ennia with our car, but unfortunately everything was already closed and we had to go to bed hungry. Otherwise, we have only had positive experiences. The air conditioning works really well and we were also totally thrilled with the beach, which we almost always had to ourselves. Glad to come back! :)

Loved our stay in Alimos. Plenty of space and really felt like home. Could stay there for months. Very close to the beach with bakery, coffee, restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended! Thank you Konstantinos.

Was an amazing stay. Nice and peaceful area and still close enough to see all the sites. Amazing host always responded within 10 minutes and fixed any problems that arose immediately

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The property is very close to the sea, and the large terrace was a great spot to relax. Everything was just as described in the listing. However, some of the furniture seems a bit worn, and the air conditioning and heating system could use some updating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. We are a family of 6 with Kids and Teenagers. The house was beautiful and clean. The view is breathtaking and we had a wonderful time… Theoni was soo nice. She took such good care of us, even went shopping some basics before we arrived. If I were the biggest critic I could not find a thing to nag about… Everything was simply perfect.. thank you again and we‘ll definitely come again… highly recommended!!!

Our 11-person group had a fantastic stay! A short drive from the airport revealed a breathtaking view that set the tone for our trip. The amenities were top-notch, exceeding all expectations and ensuring a comfortable stay. The house was more than just a place to sleep, it was a wonderful space where we often chose to relax instead of touring the countryside. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place! With good weather, it's paradise, but even on cloudy days, its charm shines through.

The host treated us very well! Was always reachable, flexible with the checkin time, supported us with transportation during a taxi strike. She was very kind and gave us nice restaurant tips! The house was clean and included everything you need for a nice trip! Thanks a lot and until next time :-)

We had a fabulous stay at Michael’s castle which was beautifully appointed and accommodation which suited our needs perfectly. 9 adults and 10 children age range 13 down to 9 months. The area is stunningly beautiful, peaceful with lovely beaches close by and swimming off the rocks below the villa a pleasure. Good tavernas close by. Michael was a wonderful attentive host. All in all a bit of paradise.

it was great! the villa was beautiful and the location was amazing. However getting to the airbnb was a little difficult unless you have a driver or a rental car. If you are relying on taxis or Uber then transportation was difficult

The villa is amazing and the host Marika is more than welcoming! We arrived late at night and she waited for us with snacks in case we were hungry. She gave us great directions for beach and restaurants. The house is driving distance to beach, not walking. But the beach is one of the best I have tried. Beach clubs and beautiful sand beach. I’m coming back!

The Villa is in a quiet area, north-east of Athens and on the coast. Athens is only miles away and we visited twice to see the important sights and to enjoy the atmosphere. The villa is fantastic, set on a bank above the sea and had all the amenities that we needed, including a well equipped kitchen. The TV and sound system worked well. We were greeted on the day by Maria and she gave helpful instructions on the villa and activities locally. If we had any questions she answered very quickly. A highly recommended villa, sleeping six. Downstairs was self contained with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room. Ideal for getting away from the noisier guests. The good sized Lidl was 20 minutes drive away, as were pharmacies and the usual important shops and services.

This place was perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of communal space. Oksana quickly responded to any queries that we had. We would definitely stay again.

Great property, located on a hillside with amazing views. Out of the way of the main roads and town. Perfect stay for our Ironman race. Would reccomend to anyone doing the race in marathon.

Despina’s communication was second to none! By far the best host I have communicated with in air b and b. She replied super quick and was great at describing things perfectly. Which is very important when travelling to an area you don’t know. The villa itself was spectacular, and the view from the balcony is in my top three sea views of all time! Haha. I would 100% recommend to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your home with me ❤️

We had the opportunity to use the newly completed 2nd villa on the property during our stay at Vasilis. Again, simply great! Basically, both villas have the same floor plan, but on the upper floor there is no open gallery, but another room is available for any privacy that may be needed. The pool here in the new villa is also magnificent. Very deep and with beautiful stairs to enter as well as lighting at night. In the "old" villa, it is only a covered foil pool and perhaps the only small criticism. I have already written it in the review of the other villa but also gladly again here...... Vasilis is a great host who is immediately approachable and gives feedback in no time. 5-Star *****
