Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

Very clean accommodation both inside the apartment and outside the surrounding area. Very beautiful garden, very well maintained. Friendly and direct host, he was there for everything we needed with a good mood. Everyone who offered services at the accommodation was helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for any activity, easy access everywhere, in the center of Athens, to museums, cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants. I highly recommend Marios' accommodation. I'd prefer it again.

Perfect location for a late night/early morning arrival at the airport - a short 10 minutes away and very reasonably priced. The flat is large, clean, has everything you need for a short stay and the host is really friendly and responsive. Definitely recommended.

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

We had an awesome stay in Bill and Crista's place, the proximity to the beach, to Athens, and the airport was great, the pool and other amenities made the stay seamless and lovely. Bill went above and beyond to make sure that we had a truly special holiday and gave us some awesome recommendations.

Excellent stay at Nikos and his Dad's place, who was on site in his separate accommodation. The apartment is quite large, clean and well-equipped, however there are no "bedrooms" with doors, only a curtain to close. It doesn't bother us at all, but I think it's good to clarify The pool and sun exposure allow you to recharge properly! The quiet environment, the clear view, a small beach nearby... It's perfect for a good vacation. Very welcoming and discreet, we were able to spend pleasant moments chatting with Nikos' dad over a coffee, I recommend it 100%

Pj was an amusing owner. Place very lovely and romantic. She is very focused on customer and in apartment dont miss nothing. not so far from center of Athene where you can go with car or train too ( station is 10 minutes walk ). center of Kifisia is nice and we suggest an ice cream to Da Vinci shop. Only difficult thing is if you have a baby with stroller is very hard go truth sidewalks. thank you Pj for our stay. Andrea Veronica and Massimo 😀

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

The house is just wonderful! 3 beautiful bedrooms, living room, dining room, very large, kitchen excellent, spotless and equipped with everything you need, salt, pepper, oil, espresso coffee and even plastic cups. 2 bathrooms upstairs in the bedrooms, large and 1 toilet downstairs, also spotless, where there was again everything, shower gel, shampoo, hair cream, extra hand towels, enough and even body deodorants and tissues for those who do not use face towels! Emma is an amazing host, very friendly and kind, a wonderful person! We highly recommend Emma and her wonderful home to spend your vacation or weekend with your friends or family! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Another gem in the heart of one of the best suburbs. If it's free, BOOK IT. HostMaster Aethereal is nestled in an upscale, leafy suburb of Athens and it offers a peaceful stay with a perfect blend of convenience and comfort. The surroundings are charming and the utterly peaceful atmosphere make it an ideal base. Easy parking and a short walk to the metro provide effortless access to the city. Inside, the space is immaculately clean and exceptionally well-equipped, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The internet connection is fast and reliable, and the hosting agents are both helpful and discreet, ensuring a seamless, stress-free stay from start to finish.

James is a wonderful host. We felt very welcome right away. He knows all about Athens and its history. The house is a feast for the eyes both outside and inside and the small garden with backyard character makes the stay there extremely pleasant. From Kifisia, you can reach the center of Athens in about half an hour by public transport. The metro can be reached on foot and line 1 goes directly to the center. If you're looking for a place to stay a little off the beaten track, this is the place for you. Kifisia itself is also a lively neighborhood where you can have a good breakfast or eat out. The house itself is very quiet. We had a wonderful week!

Nice private place. It had all the amenities we could ever need. We had a great time in the Jacuzzi enjoying the view.

A spotless and tastefully decorated apartment with comfortable beds and lovely balconies. It had plenty of space for our family of three. It is very convenient for driving to the airport. It is less convenient for visiting central Athens (€20 taxi).

We're back again in this wonderful apartment. People reading these reviews will see that we have stayed here quite a few times. That is because it is perfect for us in every way, as we come to Kifisia 2 or 3 times a year to see our son and 2 granddaughters who live here. We can recommend this apartment (but please don't book it when we want to come again, ha ha 🤣)!
