Vacation rentals with a fireplace in North Athens Regional Unit

Could not recommend this place more. Old charm with modern amenities, very quiet neighbourhood and easily walkable to all major sites. Christos is extremely kind and greeted us the first day. A great person to converse with. Book this place for Athens.

Evelina's place was a very cozy and well detailed apartment. We felt right at home. The location is great, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with absolute no car noise, but very close to Argiroupolis's center, with many restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops nearby. It is very easy to reach by car, just a few minutes from Vouliagmeni's avenue and just 8 minutes walk to the metro station (red line). Evelina was proactive with all communications and was very helpful during the stay. Thank you Evelina.

The accommodation was exactly what we expected, a clean and tidy apartment, a beautiful garden where we enjoyed our coffee, a quiet neighborhood. We had clear instructions via messages and easy access to the entrance. Thank you so much.

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

This is an absolutely fabulous property. It is not only immaculately clean, airy and spacious, but tastefully decorated inside and out. We particularly appreciated that there is a fenced perimeter, enabling us to bring our little dog. The outside BBQ and seating area is a real bonus. The only drawback is it is rather time consuming to get to the centre of Athens by public transport ( and tricky to travel with a dog). However, the quality of the home, peaceful surroundings and kindness of the hosts more than made up for this.

We loved the private location, very peaceful by the pool, lots of sitting areas in the shade or sun. Plenty of pool items and kids stuff, loved the playground and trampoline. Turtles wonder the property. Beautiful views. As described it’s at the top of a hill, 15 min walk down. Groceries can be driven up by the sellers. Food can be delivered. Taxis we found worked easily with Uber taxi. Lots of entertainment tv, DVDs, etc we didn’t use but they’re there. : ) Overall we loved it, and Thanos was a helpful and communicative host. He has a good manual with lots of suggestions to make your stay easy to plan!

The purpose of our trip was to attend a concert at the Lycabettus Theatre. We didn’t expect the apartment to be as perfect as it was! The apartment is clean, trendy, cool from the air con and the private pool was just the best!!! We loved the area, with it being slightly out the way from city centre. Kolanaki has so much hidden gems with great food spots! Thank you for having us X

We absolutely loved our stay! The flat was modern, clean, and beautifully styled with a cosy industrial feel. The double bed was very comfortable, especially the mattress. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the air-conditioning was perfect for the summer. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. We especially enjoyed the sunny outdoor space with a table and chairs – perfect for relaxing and tanning on quieter days. The location was ideal: just a 10-minute walk to the train station, which connects directly to the city centre, airport, and beach. There are plenty of restaurants near the station, plus grocery shops, pharmacies, and Lidl nearby. The area felt safe and taxis usually arrived within 3 minutes. This flat had everything we wanted – we’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others!

By far the best Airbnb experience I have had… and I have had many excellent hosts/spaces in many cities and countries! This is absolutely 5 star hosting! Zero complaints of any sort. Nothing but great things to say about this host/space! I will absolutely book this space every time I am in Athens!

Very nice apartment with two bedrooms; basically with two terraces: from the top you have a view of the Acropolis; on the lower one you can have a very good breakfast or drink a glass in the evening. Air conditioners worked very well. In the refrigerator, we found a few samples that we could use. Washing machine is also a plus. Small drawback: there is no vent in the bathroom - you can only open the window to the hallway. Location is perfect to discover Athens. Restaurant recommendation To Trikyklo was great. Communication went smoothly. Check-in was super easy. A later check-out was even offered, which we liked to use. Well-stocked supermarket is just around the corner. Attention: if you are traveling with large suitcases, you will find the last part (wooden staircase) a little tight. Next time, we'd only come with hand luggage. There is no other reason to file a complaint. We can recommend the accommodation and host without reservation. Thank you!

Ioannis was an amazing host! He was very responsive, and he made sure all of our needs were met. We sent in a last-minute request for a crib, and he was able to fulfill our request despite it being late. The place is in a prime location, with lots of things to do around. Spacious apartment, in a classic building. As Ioannis have clearly stated, there’s no elevator, so make sure you don’t carry too many things all the way up to the second floor. In addition, parking around the apartment was a bit tricky for us. But once you find parking, everything it really walking distance and you won’t need that car again.

Aggeliki by far is the best host out of all the people I have rented from on Airbnb. She is very friendly, very helpful, always keen to help. Place was amazing and she is very responsive. She also like to recommend restaurants, places to visit, etc… I was also travelling to Naxos and she was already proactive with providing me with her favourite restaurants and beaches there. Her place is also very cosy, has a great atmosphere I believe that’s because it is their own house in which the rent every now and then. In short, great host that gives me even extra motivation to come to Athens!

We loved our stay at Urban Villas! It's located an easy walkable distance from the Acropolis and shopping areas. The beds were comfortable and property was cool and relaxing.We really appreciated the driver option for transport to and from the airport. We had a fantastic stay in Athens! We would stay here again!

Stavroula is an elegant and responsible lady. The house is big, clean and well prepared. She prepare a lot of snacks and drinks for us so we don’t need to rush to the supermarket on the day we arrived. The house is what you see in the photos. Big, comfortable and have a big swimming pool. During our stay, Stavroula arrange pool cleaning and garden maintenance too. She just make our stay more comfortable and perfect. You may think that the house may be a little bit far from the center, however, it’s very convenience for us. We are a family of six and we have rent a van which can park inside the garage. There are also buses and trains you can take nearby. I really love this beautiful house and I am sure I will come again soon.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was absolutely perfect, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location, very close to the airport which made our trip super convenient. The hosts were incredibly friendly and caring, truly wonderful people who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Let me start by saying that Foteini is one of the best host and one of the sweetest person I've ever met. From the moment the gate opens, your jaw drops in awe. The villa is spotless, and the view is spectacular. Very private, this is the perfect place to relax!

John is an amazing host! Very kind and hospitable. John is communicative and responsive, John shared recommendations from bakeries, to markets, to beach clubs, and restaurants. House is in a peaceful, safe, and quiet local neighborhood in Agia Marina. House, amenities, backyard, and pool as described and even better in person. Master bedroom shower so unique! Good water pressure. Mini market 12 minute walk away for waters, beers, snacks. Full grocery store close by too. 15/20 minute taxi to good restaurants and beach clubs. There is a washer machine in the unit. AC works well and very comfortable to sleep at night.

Where do I even start! This woman is amazing. We showed up earlier than expected due to travel and a sick child. This beautiful woman came and power cleaned for us just so we could get inside and get our boy the rest he needed. The house is beautiful and spacious. Comfortable and just what we needed.
