Tranquil and Chic House Close to Museums and Historic Sites

Return from the lively chaos of local bazaars to find a peaceful retreat. Decor is done in layer upon layer of soft ivory tones. Lounge in the mottled shade of a terrace where only the call to prayer from a nearby mosque marks the passage of time. The Riad Nòmada, already mentioned in a historical study by the University of Architecture in Milan, is the result of a meticulous restoration that lasted about a year. Unlike other riads in the medina that have often been rebuilt, here we have preferred to keep the beautiful original structure, and we are sure you will appreciate this noble choice. The riad has two entrances that allow separate access to the suite / douirìa which may be excluded from the rest of the home or be rented separately. For more information please contact me via email. For sunbathing in the moments of relaxation the solarium is equipped with water vaporizer. Unlike other riads in the medina that are often completed in the ground and then reconstructed, we preferred to keep the beautiful original structure that incurs some extra sacrifice in the maintenance but repays us with its charm. We are sure that you will appreciate this choice as well The whole house, the terrace, the patio, the kitchen is all at your disposal. One of the bedrooms can be transformed into a double bed with twin beds and in the suite, in addition to the French bed there is a sommier for a third person. The suite is also equipped with independent hob and fridge from the rest of the house. Upon arrival a person will be present at the medina door to accompany you to the riad, let us know in advance the type of your luggage so you can possibly book a chariot that will carry you home. On request you can be greeted directly at the airport. In the riad you will find a handset with a Moroccan card on which we have stored the numbers of people trusted to contact if needed, as well as booking numbers of restaurants that we like and hammam. The house is in the central Mouassine district of the Medina, close to the main square of Jemaa el-Fnaa and Place des Épices. The area is full of artisan shops, great restaurants, hammams, and historic sites such as the mosque, fountain, and museum. Walk across the medina and from the square (which is 5 minutes away) with taxis, buses that take the city's panoramic tour with the help of the earphones and the romantic horseback riding. The Riad Nòmada is located in the Mouassine district, one of the most elegant and central areas of the Medina, just 300 metres from the famous Place Djemaa el Fna. The area is full of artisan shops, great restaurants, hammams, and historic sites such as the mosque, fountain, and museum. You're just a stone's throw from the Souk, the world-famous ancient market, and the sparkling 'never-sleeping' square, a time machine in which a cross-section of Berber culture is staged every evening.

Former fishing house on two floors with private courtyard. Architectural highlights in Moroccan style. Located in the beautiful old town center of Salema. The excellent beach is less than a one minute walk away. From the entrance you can access the open kitchen, living and dining area overlooking the oasis-like courtyard, which is attractively decorated with high-quality stone work. A small decorative pool (not for swimming) completes the cosy ambience. With a book in hand and feet in the cold water basin, you can relax and recharge your batteries on hot summer days. The bathroom with double shower and shower toilet is located on the ground floor of the house. The two open bedrooms upstairs are each equipped with a queen-size bed under the cozy sloping ceiling. Each bedroom has direct access to the sun terrace with lounge furniture. A great night's sleep. You can hear the wind in the palm trees and the surf in the distance. Guests have access to all areas as they rent the entire house. For all questions, we are reachable (mail and telephone) and have people on site who can look after the house and be helpful. Within 100 meters there are restaurants, bars, shops, kayaks and stand up paddling rental and a fish sale directly to Fang. Salema is a charming fishing village. From the beach, excursions by boat are offered. In the hinterland, the Monchique mountain range beckons with healing springs. Other activities include horseback riding, yoga, various water and amusement parks, water sports such as sailing, jet skiing or surfing. At Cabo de Sao Vincente you can experience wonderful sunsets.
