Nous serons heureux de partager avec vous l’histoire de cette belle Folie Nantaise, située aux portes de Sucé sur Erdre (le centre bourg est à 300 mètres) et pourtant nichée dans un écrin de nature sauvage avec son parc arboré de 2 hectares et accès privatif à l’Erdre.

Quiet and independent accommodation

In a quiet hamlet in the countryside, we offer a single-storey accommodation located in one end of our house, which can accommodate 3 people. (a 180 x 200 bed composed of two beds that can be separated on request, and a sofa bed) With a total area of 38 m2, very well equipped, with a garden area with direct access. You can park directly in front of the accommodation. Bikes are available to enjoy the many walks nearby. Linens and hand towels provided.

Family home in Nort-sur-Erdre with unheated pool and 1,600 m² garden. Beautiful mansion from the late 18th century, with all the charm of the past: please note that we are gradually renovating the house ourselves, some rooms are still in their original state. To preserve the family atmosphere of the neighborhood, we prioritize families. The house is not optimally configured for 11 adults (thin mattresses in children's rooms and bedrooms in a row).

Old renovated farmhouse on the outskirts of Nantes

Old 19th century farmhouse carefully eco-renovated, on the edge of the Parc du Château du Haut Gesvres and at the gates of Nantes. 110 m2 house comprising a large living room + open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the heart of the farm and its quiet and wooded environment. Close to the center of Treillières and 10 minutes from the Tram. The farmhouse houses the cottage and the owners' home at the other end of the building.

Maison organique

Unusual set in the countryside. Ecological construction (lime, hemp and sand), consisting of 2 domes: a small bedroom and a living room. In the annex, a summer kitchen with the essentials (dishes, utensils, small fridge, 2 gas burners...) an outdoor shower and sink and dry toilet. This accommodation is supplied with water from a well (we will provide drinking water) and electricity. This round habitat is very cozy and warm.
