Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Norrköping Municipality

This place is perfect if you want to experience a calm, private holiday in the beautiful nature of Sweden. The house is lovingly furnished and very well equipped with everything you need - you feel at home right from the start. The nature around the house is beautiful, we saw rabbits and deer right in front of the windows. It’s magical :) The little beach/water is just a short walk away and you can have a nice swim there. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thanks for having us. ☺️

Amazing and spacious villa right at the ocean! Couldn't ask for a better place to stay at, it was magical. Frida was very quick with her communication and very supportive, before and throughout the stay. Would definitely come back here, totally worth it.

The house and outdoor facilities are a dream, especially for families. The children have plenty of space and opportunities to occupy themselves, while the parents can sit relaxed on the terrace or in the cozy living room. From there we enjoyed the view of the countryside and the friendly cows from next door 😁 Johannes provided us with good information and responded quickly to requests. Thank you Johannes!

Like the previous times, it was again a very nice stay with Erik. If we are nearby again, we will be happy to come back.

Super cozy cottage and garden with perfect distance to Kolmården Zoo. Everything you wanted was available. Easy to communicate with Maria who responds quickly. Can highly recommend!

Lovisa is a wonderful host, caring and easy to communicate with. They have put a lot of effort and love in restoring the old farm house combining old with new. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well equipped and the Baltic sea is close. We had a lovely stay!

I enjoyed my time at Maria’s place. She is a very kind person and responsive all the time. The place is as described and very walkable, with easy access to nearby places. Also the cat is super cute :) Highly recommend Maria as a host.

We had the most amazing Easter break at Umberto’s Landet! The place itself is a beautiful piece of architectural art in very calm and zen surroundings. We found that Trosa (the village nearby) exceeded our expectations with its cafés and restaurants not to mention the pictoresque houses alongside the river. Umberto was the most welcoming host and we look forward to returning in the summer.

Great house. Lovely and quiet surroundings. Everything was fresh and everything worked properly. Pool and sauna was the icing on the cake. Svante was accommodating, helpful and nice!

We had a fantastic time at Kira's place. Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful and lots of privacy. Still, close enough to Nyköping and other fine places such as Trosa where we found good restaurants. We made various walks in the many nature reserves in the neighbourhood. The house itself is great, spacious and tastefully designed, with fine views from all rooms and a big garden where you can enjoy the sunny times. The perfect place for a perfect holiday! Our family loved Tjoffe’s place so much! We had expansive views of the beautiful surroundings through the enormous windows. The house has a large room where we could all gather to cook, eat, talk, play games, and watch movies. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect. We thought we would love it, but it still exceeded our expectations.

We had a great stay at Johanna and Jen's house. The house was great and had everything we needed. The house was perfectly located so we could easily go into central Norrköping or Kolmården for a day excursion. Was also popular that the daughter got to borrow the toys - it was extra fun! The pool was used very often and was very easy to manage. Overall a very lovely stay and we can warmly recommend it to others. Thank you!
