Former small farmhouse completely restored to new in a flower garden of 3000 m2 shared with another house (Terre d 'Acord, the big house). We have carefully decorated and furnished this place to make you feel good. This 3-star cottage is ideally located in La Chapelle sur Dun, a charming little town close to the sea and shops (3 km). During your stay in our guest houses you have a privileged access to the art garden of the sculptor "Terre d 'Accord ".

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. The annex of the old presbytery

You will stay in the annexe of an old Priest's house, by the side of the church in a village between Bayeux and the Normandy War beaches, renovated by the owners, who are a French-English couple. A peaceful oasis in the middle of Parc du Perche

In the Perche Regional Park, next to La Perrière, we found our haven of peace and happiness, in perfect harmony with the beautiful nature of these places. The guest house is in the garden, just across the main house where we live all year round, surrounded by meadows, forest and Percheron horses.
