Welcome to our home! We have lived on this street for many years and wanted others to experience the joys of this neighborhood, most especially the view from the backyard! This house was recently renovated to accommodate an open floor plan and modern amenities. We decorated it with lots of vintage and nautical touches. Not only can you enjoy nature from the backyard, but our home is also a very short walk to Hoffler Creek Wildlife Preserve – a fabulous 142-acre nature preserve.

A wooden dock extends over calm water, surrounded by lush greenery. The reflection of trees can be seen in the water, and a clear blue sky overhead completes the serene lakeside setting.

We come to VA beach every summer for sand soccer. This cottage was lovely. The garden was amazing, things blooming and variety, simply lovely. We were close to the boardwalk, for the older kids games. It was an easy walk but away from noise. Comfy beds! Comfy couch. Perfect kitchen for coffee and chats. We had a blast. I can't say enough about it! It was perfect

This was an AMAZING SPACE!!. Great floorplan, great amenities, and it will be a perfect space for your family. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and more.. The beds, pillows, and linens were very comfortable, and the kitchen had PLENTY of tableware and utensils for the family. My family and I will certainly return.

It truly felt like a home away from home and was the ideal space for my family while we were in town celebrating a graduation. The host Mikhail was very responsive and helpful throughout our trip and I must say, pictures does this home no justice. Would definitely stay again as we’re in the area A LOT!
