Vacation "Briese" near Wismar

Our small ,fine holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of our residential building. The holiday apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. Kitchen has a ceramic hob, kettle and filter coffee machine , as well as usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) as well as a few small cupboards. There is also a beautiful shower room.

A modern living area is highlighted by a plush blue sofa adorned with decorative cushions. A sleek wooden coffee table is positioned in front, complemented by a shelving unit showcasing various items. Soft light enters through a window, casting gentle shadows on the wall.

The train station is 10 minutes away and the harbor is 15 minutes away. There is a 30% discount on the Italian gastronomy in the neighboring house.

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

The studio features wooden flooring and ample natural light from large windows. A seating area includes a small table with colorful dishes, while a spacious bed is positioned nearby. A cozy outdoor garden sets a relaxing backdrop, complemented by a few indoor plants.

Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet flooring, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m² Towels and linens included. Terrace for relaxing. There are two parking spaces on Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) In front of the house there are parking meters: you can only park for free from 7 pm to 9 am. The train station is 1 km away.
