Directly on the sea and the seafront. High up above the island on the 12th floor. Norderney doesn't get any higher. Fantastic views to the east over the whole island and to the lighthouse, as well as to the sea to the north, which is right at their feet. Wheelchair accessible. The high-quality apartment on the 4th floor, west view to the sea, is equipped with a box-spring bed, comfortable sofa bed, dining table and plenty of closet space. The huge terrace, which runs around the apartment and partially covered, offers magnificent lake views towards Juist and the open sea. A modern equipped bathroom with rain shower/toilet, the indoor pool with sauna on the ground floor, elevator and an optional parking space in the courtyard of the building complete the comfort.
