The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family house settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (about 100 square meters) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, among other things, on the water of a Siels. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest Wi-Fi available!

Welcome in our house by the sea! A cute townhouse in a quiet settlement not far from the dyke and Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with an organic infrared heater and otherwise we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.

Our newly renovated 1-room apartment is located in the heart of Emden's city centre with a view of the Ratsdelft. It is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Our goal is to offer our guests all comforts over 30 m², which contributes to a pleasant and relaxing stay.
