Josefine hat ein sehr schönes und komfortables Zuhause. Wir haben uns direkt Wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, sodass tolle Mahlzeiten zubereitet werden können. Ebenfalls können wir den Grill wärmstens empfehlen. Am meisten befanden wir uns in der Küche und in diesem wunderschönen Wintergarten. Vom Wintergarten aus, hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Fluss der zwei Seen verbindet. Den Garten bzw. den Steg konnten wir an sonnigen Tagen auch nutzen, da wir hier direkt unsere SUPs ausgepackt haben. Unser Kater hat die ruhige Umgebung besonders genossen. Laut seinem GPS hat er fast ganz Nälden in unserem kurzen Aufenthalt erkundet - das spricht wirklich für die ruhige Umgebung. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl geführt und bedauern, dass wir schon so schnell wieder abreisen mussten. Falls wir wieder in der Nähe sein sollten und das schöne Haus am Fluss frei sein sollte, würden wir gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Janine&Dennis

We stayed at this accommodation for a one-night stopover with our family. The space offered a spacious place to rest and it met our family needs for a short stay and a comfortable night. If you're looking for a functional and homely place this house is a great alternative you should consider.

Väldigt mysigt hus med stor social yta. Passade oss med två barn perfekt. Skönt med separat tv-rum på loftet. Härligt välutrustat kök. Vi spenderade dagarna i Åre eller Trillevallen och då ligger huset perfekt.

We had a great stay! Beautiful house and property (although tricky for us with a 1 year old and stairs!). The bouldering wall and apple trees were a huge hit with the kiddos, and we easily walked to everywhere we wanted to explore in Trondheim (some hills nearby, but not a problem for us). If you have an aversion to cats, this is probably not the place for you, but they were a fun novelty for my kids. The views and ambiance are beautiful here, highly recommended!

Vakkert hjem i vakre omgivelser. Gangavstand til alt man behøver. Vi var 6 voksne og tre ungdommer og bodde veldig komfortabelt.

Mycket vacker och stilig stuga med alla bekvämligheter för en lyckad semester i fjällen. Vi (5 personer) trivdes mycket bra i detta rymliga boende med väldig fin utsikt över fjällen. Vi stannade 1 vecka över Nyår 2025. Lätt att ta sig med bil till Åres och Björnes liftar inom några minuter. Värden kommunicerar mycket bra och är hjälpsamma. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Vi hadde et flott opphold i Trondheim i forbindelse med ski VM. Huset hadde fin beliggenhet i et rolig nabolag, med kort vei til buss-stopp. Huset var ryddig og rent, hadde et svært velutstyrt kjøkken, og romslige soverom med gode senger. Verten Terje var hyggelig og imøtekommende, og svarte raskt på spørsmål. Kan absolutt anbefale dette stedet - vi kommer gjerne igjen!

Et flott og moderne hus, med alt du trenger! Det er svært god plass til 10 personer, en romslig takterrasse med nydelig utsikt og rolig beliggenhet. Andreas er en hyggelig vert og jeg anbefaler boligen på det sterkeste!

We visited this Home during May. total of 5 family and the House was beautiful outside and inside. all rooms and kitchen and living room are specious and exact the same as shown in Pictures. kitchen was equipped with plenty of utencils and stuff which can be useful and easy to manage. Rooms are having beautiful view from everywhere and properly arranged. however we need to take bedsheets, towels and bathroom essentials but overall it was all included. Jacuzzi was spot on, we all enjoyed. Instructions were clear and Host was responsive and We enjoyed every moment of stay there. we recommend this place to everyone. Book it if it is available as you will enjoy every bit of it. There were Kids stuff also which makes them happier. Although we didn't use Barbeque due to weather but it will be good to use in summer times. we will definitely visit this place again during Winter and enjoy even more. thanks for managing this beautiful Home.

Firstly, our host was excellent! Very responsive and she gave us loads of fantastic recommendations for places to eat, swim, walk, and more. Secondly, the house itself is stunning and very well equipped. The images are lovely, but they do not do the property justice. The attention to detail on the decor was incredible. It felt so cosy and homely, while being beautifully styled in every single room. Little details like the lighting in each space made the house so cosy at night. We didn't want to leave! FYI - They are building a Sauna. The location is also fantastic, with a view over the river and woodlands. During our stay, we saw Roe deer and what we believe was a Golden Eagle soaring over the river. For us it was perfect for our ski trip, as it was close enough to town to drive, whilst feeling secluded and surrounded by nature at the same time. If you are considering multiple accommodation options in the area, stay here! You won't be disappointed.

Veldig koselig hus for å samle vennegjengen, fint uteområde som passer perfekt til sommeren! Var ordnet veldig fint med håndduker på sengen og fikk velkomst gave😊

We had a wonderful week in Åre. We were looking for a real winter - we got it. In addition to that we enjoyed the wonderful house, the stunning view and the comfort and high quality equipment the house has to offer. We felt very comfortable there. Henrik was an excellent host. Always reachable, he helped where questions were and he knew where to go and where ro buy stuff. Surely it feels like a „need-to-come-back-stay“. Thank you so much.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, comfortable and contemporary home! Multiple, spaces to gather, relax and even entertain indoors and outdoors! Only a 2-minute walk to the grocery store and a few blocks from downtown and access to the bus and train. Kristian was very responsive to our questions and needs. Denise

Wunderschönes Haus auf riesigem Anwesen direkt am Wasser. Hinter einem Hügel versteckt ist man ganz für sich. Mit allem was man sich wünschen kann, super Küche, tolles Wohnzimmer und gemütliche Schlafzimmer. Sauna und Jacuzzi. Super Ausgangspunkt für zum Torghatten oder auf die Insel Vega. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Tankstelle 8min entfernt. Wer mag hat mit den Ziegen sogar noch ein paar nette Tiere zum umsorgen. Arne war immer erreichbar und hilfreich. Eines der besten Airbnb‘s das wir je hatten.
