It has all the bells and whistles in terms of internet,wi fi , cable TV , webber gas braai, great outdoor areas to chill and of course a pool . There is a battery inverter for the property to mitigate power outages .

Upstairs a lovely living room with glass doors onto granite verandah and beautiful mountain and see views and ensuite master bedroom. Inverter installed so we do not notice the power outages. Modern minimalist three bedroom beach house, on hillside below Chapman's Peak Drive, surrounded by greenery. Sweeping 360° views of beach, wetlands, valley and mountains. Sheltered from strong wind yet always cool in summer. Solar panel + battery system to mitigate impact of load-shedding. A much loved family holiday home that is rented out when we or friends are not staying there, rather than a dedicated business.
