Really enjoyed this stay. Loved the welcome drinks upon check -in, not to mention the tuk tuk ride from the floating pier to the resort. Breakfast was very nice, good selection. The room was clean and comfy. Balcony has a beautiful view of plants and cliffs. Would stay here again.

The accommodation is just like the listing, it helps a lot the service they have to go down to the beach, although you can also ask for grab or walk. Consider that the road to the rooms is wooden duels and is heard when someone comes in and out, being in a natural place the noises of the animals are usually heard very loud, so you usually wake up around 5 am. The staff is very friendly and helpful at all times

Great stay

A perfect stay! Private and peaceful with stunning gardens and an excellent pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local tips and arranging free transport to restaurants. They also helped us book our airport transfer with ease. A truly relaxing and well-cared-for experience—highly recommended for a stress-free getaway

A nice quiet place with a very servicing staff. They were incredibly helpful. There were some things in my bungalow that didn't work, but it was fixed very quickly. I want to come back. But it's not Niels who writes that he passed away 5 years ago, it seems a little strange to write about Niels when he's not here anymore.

This stay was totally worth it. The host excels in his helpfulness, kindness, and hospitality. For us this made the stay a 10. The space itself was behind the "big" building and offered a quiet area. The space was equipped with nice basic necessities, the bed slept great and the shower had a nice water pressure. Only 20 steps (+-) to the large swimming pool where you were allowed to swim 24/7. Simen even has bath towels and yoga mats available and is alert to what we need. (He came to bring these things on his own to make sure we were comfortable). In addition, a small type of shop where he had a wide assortment (from drinks, a library, swimming gear to bags, etc.). The location is centrally located for activities, somewhat within walking distance (30 min walk). If not, Simen has transportation at your disposal (scooters) and a free shuttle every day at 3 times that will take you to 2 possible locations).

Had an amazing stay. We loved being with all the animals. Lucky for us a cat took a liking to us and hung out with us everyday. The dogs were the sweetest too. If we could we would adopt them! Highly recommend staying here.

please note I was upgraded to the Superior sea view so my review here will not be accurate for the Deluxe Sea view. I did see this "Deluxe Sea View" during my stay and I am so glad I didn't end up in that room as it is sooo small and the view is mostly of a roof. the Superior sea view however that I did stay in is stunning; the whole front is glass doors onto a large balcony overlooking the pool and our to the sea. The staff are very friendly and helpful, cleaning my room according to instructions etc. I stayed during low season so had the hotel mostly to myself apart from one or two guests here and there. The only downside to the stay was the noise from the main road and the loud boats in the bay; it really is constant and throughout the night too!! I am a light sleeper so had to use earplugs and sleep sounds every night, but it was almost worth it for the view / location and kind staff.

Beautiful place and we did an ice bath during our stay for no additional cost. Food isn’t too expensive either. Helpful that they provide a shuttle service to the main road

Lovely place to stay, super attentive hosts and they have some lovely resident cats who are happy to hang around. place itself is clean, we had some issues with hot water in the shower but they were very quick to resolve this and had us move into an adjacent room. Very peaceful area, about a 15 minute walk to where we got a bike so we're able to get around quite easily. Would recommend especially if you like the quieter areas.

Nice and private. I would recommend getting the room with the pool, it was handy for a dip at the end of your day. Loved that you can get a massage in your room which we did!

I had a wonderful time at Na Sook Wellness Resort. I must especially emphasize the excellent service on site. I arrived with crutches and everything was immediately taken from me. I was driven to the 7-Eleven and accompanied in the store so I didn't have to carry the basket myself. I was assigned a barrier-free bungalow directly and even when I noticed on the beach that I didn't have any money with me, I was picked up directly so I could get my wallet. I had booked a wonderful private yoga lesson through the hotel, for which I was also picked up by scooter and taken to the yoga pavilion. If you want to enjoy the soul in a quiet location with lots of nature, the accommodation is perfect! The amenities of the bungalow are great. You have everything you need (well-equipped kitchen). I had a scooter to get around. Everything was perfect for me!

Only had the pleasure to stay one night but it was a very beautiful and clean resort. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was very good. They offered a service for a shuttle to/ from the beach.

We had a wonderful time at BlueBay. The swim up room was a lovely touch as was all the toys the hotel provided, to blow up floats to kayaks and fresh beach towels whenever you needed them. The staff have all been very courteous and attentive. When we first arrived we noticed our AC wasn’t very cold; a call to the front desk had repair men at our door within minutes and minutes later we had blasting AC. The only thing I would suggest is maybe it’s time for new beds as they are quite stiff; other than that it’s a wonderful place. The free breakfast was great and a different options each day. Also buy dinner here! We ate here on our last day and wish we ate here everyday for dinner as they were generous with their portions and it was delicious; compared to the other restaurants down the beach (mommas & Yao Yai beach restaurant)

We only stayed at the hotel for one night. Good bed, good bathroom, good amenities. Opposite a 7/11. Great roof terrace with pool and bar. Our room was right on the main road, opposite is a hospital - so many ambulances drive. But all in all, a good way to make a short stay in Krabi.

Ban Kam is a beautiful home in a very peaceful neighbourhood. Kam is a lovely person, very kind and helpful. She even offered to drop us to the Lompraya office when we departed. We would definitely recommend her place!!
