We can only recommend this place - we will be back! Annie has been a great host who provides us with all the necessary information in advance and shortly before departure and quickly during the stay with questions responded. We liked the apartment very much, location on the 14th floor was great! Very tasteful interior design. The condo is highly recommended, great opportunities to relax with gym, sauna and especially the mega roof top pool!!! It was awesome! Very friendly staff, right across the street is a 7eleven - in case you need anything. In the area there are some nice places, the night market can be easily reached in about 15 minutes on foot, the old town in about 30 minutes walk - just top location! Looking forward to our next stay with you Annie!

Gary, the host, did everything in line with me. My friend broke the check-in time and waited until late at night even though there was a problem. The accommodation was clean and like my home. I don't know if it's because I don't have the next schedule, but they adjusted the checkout time and provided me with convenience. There is a food court where you can enjoy clean local food in 5 minutes on foot, and Maya Soping Mall is also a 6-jun on foot, so it was very comfortable. The place felt warm, clean, and comfortable. It had everything I needed hairdryer, iron, kitchenware, washing machine. I really liked it, it was such a great stay! The walls are a bit thin, thoughI could hear footsteps and noise from the neighboring room quite clearly. So it’s something to keep in mind and be considerate about noise from your own side as well. Overall, it’s definitely worth it. I highly recommend this place :)

Charlie’s place was fantastic. It’s set up somewhat as a hostel, however we hd a group of 9 so occupied 2 floors/units. This was way more than enough room. I enjoyed the industrial-like set up a lot. No formal kitchen, however does have ways to make some meals. Who needs a stove when everything you need is right outside the door though?! Multiple markets walking distance. Night market on Saturday night was our entire street! We loved it and so did all of the children in our party. Pool was great. Host is very proactive and replies quickly. Overall, would definitely recommend this place.

The room is not far from tourist attractions. Easy to get around. The house feels warm and homely. Fully equipped with amenities. There is a small kitchen with all the necessary equipment. The bedroom has a soft and comfortable bed. Impressive.🫶🏻

Beautiful, peaceful stay in the heart of Chiang Mai’s Old City. The house has a calming, Muji-style vibe, minimalist, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. It’s in a hidden quiet spot but just a short walk to cafés, temples, and both the Saturday Night Market on Wualai Road and the Sunday Walking Street Market. The host was responsive and everything in the property worked perfectly inc strong aircon, fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches. What really stood out was how easy it was to get picked up for local experiences: Asia Scenic cookery school (highly recommended) and Elephant Jungle Sanctuary (also very good) both collected us right from the door. Northgate Jazz Club is also nearby, great for live music in the evening. Couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore the city. We’d absolutely stay again.

This place is just beautiful. It was easy to communicate with Jitrada and she was very friendly and helpful. The place is exactly as on the pictures in a very nice surroundings. We do highly recommend it.

This place was magical and so charming!! The house manager, Tink, and the housekeeper (who's name escapes me) were both very helpful and far exceeded our expectations. The place is a little dated but well maintained. It looks exactly like the photos. The views are immaculate and provide a very serene stay. We were sad to only be there for 4 nights. We were a group of 7 and had more than enough space to share. We are already planning a trip back for December this year! Oh and I cannot forget to mention how amazing the food was. You should for sure book the onsite chef services! We were very pleased with the customer service and accommodations. 5 Stars!!

Lovely house with a lot of space, has been set up and decorated thoughtfully. It’s comfortable and very clean. The WiFi is very good. Kevin was a lovely host and responsive and helpful. The washing machine out the back is a very helpful addition. Outside of nimman and not really walkable but easy to access and quiet. We sat on the balcony listening to the birds every morning.

I definitely recommend it. During our two-week stay in this house, Jesse and his wife helped us very quickly in everything. The house is very comfortable and quite spacious. The patio is very well-maintained. We even made a Sunday BBQ and invited our friends. The kitchen is quite well-equipped and spacious compared to other houses in Thailand. It is a golden opportunity for those who love to cook. There is even a billiards and entertainment on the upper floor. The gym belonging to the site is right next to the house. The gym was always spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The security who constantly roamed the site on bicycles made us feel comfortable. I definitely recommend this house.

Wei was a perfect host and recommended us lots of places to visit. Summer house very conveniently located right in the old city yet very peaceful. We felt at home. We requested for cleaning the room during our stay and it was done . It can get very hot we had AC and lots of fan to keep us cool. From the beginning wei has been very responsive . Wei is a very kind and helpful person. The room is well equipped wirh mucrowave ,fridge and there is a sitting area as well . We didn't have a time to use it but it was a nice touch . The water feature with wooden pathway was so nice and well maintained. Will definitely recommend wei as a host.

I loved staying here! Great location, beautiful pool, and the huge balcony was great to sit out on. One thing to note is that the unit I got did not match the pictures. Apparently, this is a condotel and you may not be assigned the one pictured and while the layout and amentities were the same the decor differed. So if this matters to you I'd clarify before booking. Other than I highly recommend. Sadly I had to cut my stay short due to a death in the family but when I return to Chiang Mai, I would stay here again

Neil was an absolutely amazing host! He showed us everything, explained all the details, and was incredibly responsive and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We fell in love with the balcony and the wonderful restaurants in the area. Everything was perfect, and we’re so grateful for Neil’s hospitality. 5 out of 5!

Great view, quiet, spacious studio apartment. As stated in previous reviews there was no toilet paper, soap or drinking water - but I knew what to expect and so brought these things with me. Korvith was responsive when we had a problem with getting hot water and sent help immediately, problem fixed. The bed was comfortable … all in all, a good experience.

great place to stay. Spacious, quiet, and in a good area. i would definitely stay again
