Considering the extremely convenient location (Just near Tha Phae Gate) The price is very reasonable It's a treasure for tourists! The place is in a quiet alley There is a restaurant of all sizes next to it There is a vegetarian restaurant about 30 steps away There are also a variety of restaurants in the direction of the main street There is also a small vegetable market nearby Actually, what you thought of Everything is available in this neighborhood Interior design is simple, stylish and artistic Great sense of space, plenty of light, and a very comfortable large sofa Curtains in the lobby For me, there is no lack of privacy There are also cooking utensils and a microwave Let's keep things simple. Stayed 2 weeks in Jen’s place and it was incredibly amazing! In just a few minutes, you’ll reach the airport or old city town. Easy access to food and laundry. Jen and Joe are very responsive hosts as well! It was a bit hazy at chiang mai and they even sent us an air humidifier. This place is highly recommended as it got everything you need. This stay is amazing! It is exactly what we are looking for, private, peaceful, nice scenery, and amazing amenities! We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. We really love the place as it has all the things we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a private place for your fam or love ones, peaceful, private and great ammenities! Look no further!

We loved this home so much we extended our stay! It was perfect for our family with young children as it’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a lovely playground. The owner provided everything we needed and was there when we checked in to show us the house. We all loved it and hope to stay again someday!

Noey’s house was amazing! We wish we could have stayed longer. Probably one of my favorite Airbnb‘s we’ve stayed at. A lot of privacy yet still close to everything. The pool was amazing and she even arranged for us to get a ride back to the airport. Would 10 /10 recommend and stay here again

A beautiful villa! Enjoyed my stay throughly here. It was exactly like the photos and very beautiful with many small cafes 1-2 minutes walk away. Hosts Aum and Boris were lovely and checked in with me before we arrived to provide instructions on check in, airport pick up and checked if we required anything else. They were so responsive and helpful to my questions as well. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Excellent house . A short 20 minute drive from the centre . And 5 minutes away from the mountains. A great coffee shop at the end of the road serving croissants and cakes. Pizza & pasta options nearby if you want a break from Thai food . We used Grab which was straightforward. The kitchen is well equipped, comfy beds and a huge tv to watch. We loved the design of the pool as it wrapped around the house. The property is located in a gated development with security on site so you and your guests will be safe and secure .

We had a wonderful short stay in Oliver’s House. It’s close to many international schools while our family doing the school tours. JJ the host was very helpful and informative. The place is clean and peaceful surrounding, we had a great time next to the pool during the sunset. Will definitely stay here again when we are in ChiangMai next.

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

I traveled more than 20 ours to get in Chiang Mai, and my flight got at the airport at later in the night and Emma send one of the best drive in Chiang Mai to pick me me at the airport to takes to the apartment to do the check in. The apartment look the same as the picture and it is located near by the one the best shopping mall of Chiang Mai. Please if you need a taxi from the airport I really recommend you ask for someone that she knows. Emme helped with her recommendation to have one of the best experience ever outside of my country!. Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

It was a very nice stay at Natty's apartment. The apartment was large, spacious and quite clean. Furthermore, you really can't complain about the price and you can also tolerate compromises very well. For example, the shower door does not close completely and then the water runs out, or the table has a few flaws. But on the whole, also in terms of the price. I am very satisfied with the few nights I was able to spend in Chiang Mai.

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.
