This place is just amazing, and the host was extremely flexible and responsive! They went out of their way to accommodate a super late check in time, and made it stress free for me to get in at around 1am (not all airbnbs in this area will do this!). The room itself was clean, modern, and had great AC. But of course the best part is the balcony overlooking the waterfront - the view is just amazing to wake up to each morning! There’s a small set of patio furniture on the balcony so that you can sit outside and enjoy the space outside as much as possible. In my opinion, having stayed in a lot of hotels in Da Nang, this airbnb wins hands down for affordability, cleanliness, and value. There’s also the rooftop swimming pool where you can order drinks and enjoy the beautiful views! Would highly recommend this building to others who are seeking a conveniently located, beautiful space to vacation :)

What a wonderful home to stay in ! So beautifully furnished with tasteful local decor, a lush private peaceful garden with a lovely fish pond, just a few minutes from the beach and only a short cab ride to the old quarter ! The breakfasts provided every morning were fabulous and any questions we had were answered immediately ! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing beautiful stay in Hoi An !!

Stayed as a family, 5 adults and 2 children, space was perfect for us. We were collected at Danang airport, courtesy of the Airbnb. We had such a lovely stay! The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants nearby. The swimming pool was a great size, perfect for cooling off after a hot day. Only 10 minutes to the Old Quarter too, which made exploring super easy. A special shoutout to Lam and her amazing team who made us delicious breakfasts every morning, they were so kind and welcoming, and really made us feel at home. Would definitely stay here again!

My family of 4 adults and 2 kids aged 7 and 9, a total of 6 people, stayed. I arrived in Da Nang at dawn, so I stayed at the Wink Hotel for one night and then stayed at the More Ocean Resort for 3 days the next day~~~ From the check-in on the first day, the butler was so kind and attentive, and it was so nice that he took care of me so meticulously and thoroughly. Thank you again. ~ ^ ^ We stayed in M4, but Grab and delivery waited and delivered right to the front door, so it was so convenient. The main pool was a 2-minute walk, so we had a fun time playing in the pool villa and the main pool, and the breakfast service was prepared by the chef, who was kind and delicious. ~ ^ ^ However, the only thing that was disappointing was that the facilities were old, but 6 people had a good time at a low price ~ ^^ Overall, it was good in terms of location if you want to be quiet. We spent 10,000 won on a taxi one way every day from Lotte Mart in Hansaeng to Mike Beach for massage and shopping. The distance is a little far, but if you are looking for a quiet and full bill, it is a good value for the price~ Thank you for giving me such a pleasant time.

It was really nice. I've used the pool villa in Da Nang about 3 times, but this place is the best. All my friends are satisfied, so I'll use it again next time I go. First of all, it's the first time I've seen a place that cleans the floor with a mop. Other places just sweep or pick up, but this place is reliable. I really recommend it.
