The apartment is located on the southern outskirts of Vicenza in a well-served area. The apartment is about 80 sqm, with two bathrooms, two bedrooms (one double and one single), large open space living area with equipped kitchen. It is divided into two floors, first floor living area, accessible from the external stairs, and second floor sleeping area. A covered parking space (maximum height 1.8 m) with a type 2 charging station (up to 7 kW) is available for a fee. There is also a large outdoor terrace.

The warmth of the wood stove creates a comfortable environment (the only source of heating in the room). Casa Linda is located at the foot of the Berici hills, 10 minutes from the historic center of Vicenza, surrounded by greenery but close to the main road connections and served by a bike path.

It is conveniently located: 5 minutes driving from the highway and Vicenza Fair; 45 minutes from Venice; 30 minutes from Verona, and 10km from Downtown Vicenza. The house is plunged in 1000 m² lawn. A child-friendly home with the possibilty to have up to 6 guests. Free wifi included an free outdoor parking on site.

The property is located in a hilly position within the territories of the villas of Andrea Palladio. From here you can easily admire the flight of the kestrel in all its beauty in the valley below, which inspired the name of the accommodation. The accommodation is an open space including a living area and a sleeping area with a private bathroom equipped with a hydromassage shower.
