These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. Apartment accommodation with a high standard, directly adjacent to Öjestrand golf course, Njurunda. Two bedrooms. Large and fully equipped kitchen. Living room with sofa bed, armchair and TV and storage areas. Separate toilet rooms and shower room with washing machine. Access to home gym and large balcony. At the golf course there is a restaurant with rights, as well as a paddle court. Approx. 15 min. drive to central Sundsvall. There is another apartment next door, in case for example, you are a larger group who want to live close to each other.

Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a brand new built cottage with high standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There's a cozy plot that you have all to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.
