Independent and spacious accommodation with unobstructed views for rent from April 1, 2024. Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, we bought this old farmhouse located in a green setting: pasture, pond, stream... We have fully renovated the main house and converted the barn. The exterior fittings are not finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. Located in Bouvancourt, a pretty little village near Reims (20 km).

Welcome to Le Clos Des Coteaux. This charming house of 130m2 is located in a charming little village in the heart of the Champagne vineyards. It has 2 bedrooms with beds for 2 people. The house will be only for you, only 1 room will be made available for a reservation up to 2 people, the 2 rooms will be available for 3 or 4 people. You have free and permanent access to the hammam, sauna and SPA area, accessible directly from the house.

The Soldat Carouge cottage is located in a green area enclosed by walls of 1300 m2. It is a former building of 85m2, stone, completely renovated while retaining the charm of the old. Atypical House consisted of split-level that will seduce you by its view on the garden, the secure heated pool, and finally the quiet of the countryside. Sheets are provided and beds are prepared upon arrival
