At first glance, I felt the potential and eyes of the place where I finished my role, Nishimura, a "abandoned house regeneration architectural group" based in Kobe. The "Artistic Hotel to Stay", which they created with the concept of "secret urban base", opened in August 2023. Total area is 93 ㎡.Renovated an entire 3-story building. * The hotel part is on the 2nd floor, 3rd floor, and rooftop Because of the living space on the second floor and the bedroom separate structure on the third floor, it can be used spaciously for couples as well as families and groups. The interior utilizes the texture of the concrete and the open space with the ceiling pulled out.The exterior exterior is an unimaginable stylish design to stimulate your sensibilities. There is also an island kitchen with a huge one board.It is also a great place for small events. This is room No. 2 of the building called Gem base in Suma, with a "Botanical Retreat" concept, and a coastal style interior that makes you feel like you are taking a deep breath in the forest along the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can't see the sea from the room! During the summer beach season (July and August), the BBQ restaurant next door is open, so it will be lively until around 9 pm. Because the railroad is near, you will hear the sound of the train driving. We don't have parking on the premises. The 2nd floor is the main accommodation, and the 1st floor is a large free space (with a sofa bed) that can be used freely, so it can be used by a wide range of people, from couples and friends to families with small children and business users. Nishimura Residence is an old-fashioned Nara-machiya that has been standing on a piece of Nara-machi for more than 100 years. I was a “grandmother” for a long time when I was a child. In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.
