Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Michaels Unterkunft. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Straße mit vielen Parkmöglichkeiten. Michael war immer erreichbar und hat unsere Fragen schnell beantwortet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durch das Haus geführt. Schon beim Rundgang haben wir gemerkt, wie gut das Haus ausgestattet ist mit Handtüchern, Föhn, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, Gewürze zum Kochen, WLAN u.v.m. Alle Räume waren aufgeräumt, sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Zu 8. hatten wir mehr als genug Platz. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke an Michael für die wundervolle Unterkunft:)

Wohnung und Lage waren super. Kommunikation mit Olaf lief reibungslos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Een erg fijn verblijf gehad, de host is erg gastvrij en behulpzaam. De locatie is super. Het huis mistte nog wat afwerking maar daar is duidelijk over gecommuniceerd. Een aanrader!

Gemütliche und geräumige Wohnung in toller, gut angebundener Lage! Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhige Straße, allerdings für Menschen, die lärmempfindlich sind, wegen der nahen S-Bahn evtl. nicht geeignet. Mich hat es nicht gestört.

Was a nice place to stay, quiet and relaxing. 30 min out of town by tram, still easy to get into town.

Was für eine tolle Unterkunft! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Loft bzw. das ganze Haus ist fantastisch! Wahnsinnig kreativ, stilvoll und vor allem liebevoll eingerichtet. Meiner Meinung nach noch beeindruckender als auf den Fotos. 1.000 Dank! Es war ein tolles Wochenende. Die Restaurant-Tipps waren beide klasse.

Super Wohnung für sechs Personen in ruhiger Wohnlage. Parkplätze sind einfach in der Umgebung zu finden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Also wenn ich nochmal was in Köln brauche dann definitiv wieder zur Nicole 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 Alles wahr perfekt wenn wir fragen etc hatten wahr sie immer bereit zu antworten und immer eine Lösung zu finden ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen wenn du dich wie zuhause fühlen möchtest reicht es vollkommen aus dich an Nicole zu wenden und nochmal vielen Dank für alles

Eine zauberhafte Wohnung und eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Alles ist reibungslos verlaufen. Ich habe mich bin der ersten Minute an direkt wohl gefühlt. Würde jederzeit diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Stunning space, spacious and sparkling clean. Dagmar and her husband were immensely helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely kind. They take pride in this space and it shows. 2-3 min walk from markets and restaurants. 10 min uber into the city. Highly recommend and will likely be back!

Dirk was the ideal host. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully decorated and equipped. Dirk met me personally and even carried my suitcase up the stairs. The location is fabulous: quiet but very walkable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely spotless and comfy apartment just outside centre of Cologne. Some lovely bars and restaurants with convenience stores nearby. Instructions were clear, bed was comfy and no complaints. 5* Thank you

Klein aber fein! Sehr sauberes und einladendes Studio. Alles war sauber und die Lage ist genial, direkt beim Kölner Neumarkt. Das Quartier kann tagsüber laut sein, aber in der Nacjt kann man ruhig schlafen. 💤 Selo war sehr freundlich und flexibel. Jederzeit wieder! 🫶

I absolutely loved to stay here. It was very cozy and just a great place to crash after an eventful day. We did have a lil trouble with the internet on the second day but Julia helped us fix it, even though she was on vacation on her own. She was an absolutely lovely host and I would definitely love to visit again. <3

We loved staying in this AirBnB. It was so, so quiet, clean and comfortable. It looks even better than the photos! The garden was lovely too. We stayed with our 2 year old who loved playing outside after a day exploring! The shower is amazing, the bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need! The train is an easy five minute walk from the house and you can be at the Cologne cathedral in 15 min or less! We highly recommend staying here if you visit Cologne. It’s so nice to have such a quiet, relaxing place to return to after a day of being in the city. Last, but not least - the hosts are amazing. They are kind, friendly, and welcoming people. We loved meeting them and hope to return one day!

Ruim appartement en volledig ingericht als woon huis. Ruim terras. Locatie ligt vlakbij de rustige villawijk Marienburg en het Südpark waar je mooie wandelingen kunt maken. De busverbinding met het centrum is prima. Lijn 132 stopt om de hoek. 2 min lopen. Ook handig is de HIT supermarkt om de hoek. Koffiemachine met bonen is een topper. Enkele flessen drank en snacks geven je het gevoel van welkom.

A acomodação muito bem localizada, confortável, limpa e com estacionamento de fácil acesso.

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Susanne hat uns freundlich empfangen und hat Rückfragen schnell und kompetent beantwortet. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Regina was very friendly and responsive when I texted her twice during a four-week stay. Toiletries, kitchen essentials, lots of towels and ample bedding all provided. There were even some DVDs and books in the flat. Every time I thought "Ah dang, I've got no...", I looked and there it was. Regina had thought of everything. The washing machine and dishwasher were very handy. Very quiet flat and you've got plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
