Vacation rentals with a patio in Nipissing District

We loved our stay. The condo was clean and tidy and very comfortable. We were only 2 people this trip, but loads of room for 4 adults or a family of 6. Two bathrooms a bonus. The view is lovely: the balcony spacious and well furnished. The beds were super comfy, and kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and plates, glasses etc. We had an issue with the A/C and Leah was quick to respond. Will definitely book again next time we are in the area.

We had a great time with friends in this beautiful condo! The weather was not great, however, having this space to hangout in and enjoy together made it a memorable experience. It is a well-kept suite and having two washrooms for 2 couples was important and worth the extra money as was the modern and new swanky vibe. It goes without saying that the location is amazing with the window views over the Muskoka landscape...hard to beat! Thanks Shannon :)

Our stay at Our Place Up North was lovely--quiet--and peaceful. We found the unit filled with excellent things needed for a time away--from the kitchen, to the living/sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed the fireplace and comfortable seating. Debbie is a thoughtful host and communicated well. She left some snacks and a few items to get started with, like coffee and tea. Everything was clean and beautifully arranged. I recommend Debbie as a host.

We had a fantastic time away at River Oasis. This place is well named and the perfect place to relax and unwind. Beautiful quiet surroundings right on the water, very clean and spacious, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and we really enjoyed using the kayaks. Joe and Melissa were excellent hosts. They were friendly and responded to communications quickly and clearly. Their place is a real gem and we wouldn't hesitate to return again!

We had a pleasant stay at Janet's place. Location was conveniently close to a number of restaurants, and winter activities that my kids enjoyed. There were a couple of issues that occurred while we were there (missing appliance and one of the showers not working), and Janet was quick to provide solutions to make our stay comfortable, and even offered us a late checkout.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Quinn's Airbnb. I stayed for 10 days and felt completely at home. The Airbnb had everything you could need while away from home. The outdoor space is very peaceful and overlooking the lake. Quinn was very helpful and always responded quickly to any messages I sent. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be returning when in the area again.

Excellent place to stay for a staycation!! I travelled with my dog. The house was kept very well and spacious. Loved the surroundings!

Condo was as described. Good location, comfortable, easy to find and check-in. Hosts were easy to communicate with; responses were prompt and helpful. Size and layout worked well for our family. Would be well suited for two couples sharing. There is ongoing construction underway in this development, however, it didn’t interfere with our stay.

Great place. Cozy and peaceful. The perfect size to fit a group of 6.

Second time staying here and would highly recommend and looking forward to staying there again!

This is a beautiful cottage overlooking a lake. It is well maintained, very clean and equipped with more than you would need on a holiday. Sandor was excellent with his communication, gave us all the information we needed and checked on us whilst we were there. We really enjoyed our stay and fully recommend the place.

The house was very clean, bright and cozy with all the amenities necessary for a great stay. Short distance to all the stores and restaurants, as well as two Provincial Parks. Would highly recommend this place to those visiting/exploring Huntsville.

Thank you Dulcie for the lovely stay, we especially enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful scenery surrounding the cottage. The cottage was modern, clean and had everything we needed. Dulcie was super friendly and responsive throughout our stay. Bonus for us was being able to kayak and canoe on the lake which seems to go on forever! Overall, definitely recommend a stay here for those who want to escape the city for a bit and be in nature.

My partner and I stayed at Liz's place for a weekend anniversary trip. It was peaceful and beautiful and all the little touches made the perfect experience. We would 10/10 go back for more nights.

This is a beautiful home with the feel of a country stay but 1 minute to everything you need in North Bay! Has everything you need provided and a fantastic kitchen! Nicole is very helpful and easy to contact. Would definitely recommend!

Elena was a great host and proactively reached out about a jacket my brother had left at the AirBnB. She coordinated pick up and we were happy to book with her again on our way back from Killarney.

The place is very nice, the kids liked the small sand beach. The water is very clean and nice to swim and fish. Views are amazing, and the store right across the street has everything you might need during the stay. Goran is great in communication.

We had an amazing stay at Paul's place! The waterfront location by the beach was ideal for our summer family vacation. The rooms were beautifully decorated, offering both comfort and style. I wish we could give 10 stars! Everything from the booking, to the information received beforehand, to communication while we were there, was fantastic. The amenities helped us wind down after a family wedding and celebrate our daughter's birthday! Jesse was very flexible for meeting our family's need and hopes while we were in Huntsville. We had a great time and hopefully will be back soon! PS playing pacman and making espressos were definitely highlights!!!

We recently stayed at Phil’s place and although short, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Kitchen is very well equipt, beds are comfortable, it was clean, quiet and the views looking over the water were amazing. Be mindful that there are two sets of full stairs to get from the bedrooms to the kitchen but would we go there again, absolutely.

It was such a great experience staying at this place. Maja and Neno are great hosts - the instructions are clear and it’s easy to find the suite even when it’s dark. They also share local recommendations (there is puppy yoga!) :) the place is an amazing getaway from the busy and noisy city life. In clear days you can see so many stars in the sky from the porch. It’s also so close to Algonquin so I can totally imagine it being super busy during maple leaf seasons. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting this area. Very responsive. Perfect location! Within walking distance to restaurants. Beautiful walking trails right across the road. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. We ran out of toilet paper and within 15 minutes was delivered to us. Would highly recommend!

Quiet location overlooking a stunning lake which we managed to have a swim in (end of May) . Bed super comfy . Sofa bed ok . Car needed to get to restaurants etc but good cooking facilities as an option. Highly recommend a trip to Algonquin park and delighted to spot a moose !
