It is very close to the sea, there are a lot of food for sale downstairs, and it is very convenient to buy things.

I recommend this apartment to everyone. Linh and Khanh were very responsive. They provided information quickly to questions before booking. Check-in is usually self-check-in, but I was worried, so when I asked, two people came to meet me and explain the room. They were also quick to respond to some of our requests during our stay. The location is great, right next to the famous Dom Market, and there are lots of cheap and delicious restaurants nearby that locals go to. It is also about a 15-minute walk to the supermarket Lotte Mart and the Nya Chan Center. There is also a view of the sea from the bedroom, and the view from the veranda is also the best. The facilities were still new and the dishes and bedding were very clean. The only regret was that the cloudy days continued and I couldn't fully enjoy the best views. Next time I'd like to come in a season when the weather is more stable.

Great place, great host. Nice pool, and view of the water from the balcony. Everything well provided for if you wish to stay longer, or do some cooking in. If you choose to stay here, important you are 5 /6 Km from the heart of Nha Trang. Rental of scooter or Grab resolved that situation easily enough. However the benefits is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood,especially idyllic early in the morning. Three pretty good restaurants, a convenience store and small supermarket a short walk away. Kyothu and Sam were super. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Very central location for restaurants, etc.There are frequent events at the nearby plaza to watch from the balcony, but you have to be ready for the music they play.

The place was as it was described. The help took care of a lot of things. It was a really nice stay. We came as a group of 9 and really enjoyed the place.

I chose this villa for a large family (8 adults and 3 infants) trip to celebrate my mom's welcome. The children are young and have chosen to take a retreat among us. 1. The number of rooms and bathrooms is sufficient, so there is no inconvenience at all. 2. Breakfast was available, so it was convenient. 3. Massage was available at the accommodation, so it was divided into two groups. Thanks to this, I was able to get a massage without worrying about babies. 4. Delivery available in the villa, I used a few delivery services through the app. 5. There were very few bugs. 6. Free daily cleaning service 7. 10 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from Vinh Wonders Cable Car Dock. 8. Above all, the owner was so kind. They responded quickly to all my inquiries and made reservations for transportation.Thanks to you, I had a comfortable trip. Thank you for the fruit you sent me in the morning. If I go on another big family trip, I want to stay at an accommodation like this again.

Great apartment and super host. Spotlessly clean, great location, and quick responses from host. Great value for money.

For me the place was pretty spot-on. Washing machine, small kitchen, relatively quiet, on the second floor so no elevator necessary if you're okay with a flight of stairs, and about 50 metres from the beach. It's a nice, clean, swimmable beach too. Pro tip: for a good feed see Ca Nuong Co Thao. It's just around the corner and the BBQ fish will change your life. On that note, if you're into a more local feel with lots of good street food this end of the city is a lot less tourist-trap than the other side of the bridge. Enjoy!

ky is a great & polite host, I really enjoyed the apartment, loving living like a local. there are 4 big flights of stairs up to the apartment which my mother did struggle with. I think that this needs to be clear in the listing for others to see. 5 stars all around

They're very kind by nature. They really like Korean people. It's near the beach, so the humidity is high, so it's a little stuffy, but it's okay if you run the air conditioner. While I was there, it was cool, so I didn't have to turn on the air conditioner, but the room was a little stuffy. And you can see the Panama Hotel well in front of the room. A little further from the hotel, the beach is spread out coolly. And when it comes to the house, you can coolly smoke a Durian on the rooftop. There was a lot of cool wind, and it was kind to be a lady. It's a bit of a shame that you can't see the beach from the accommodation, but it's still totally fine for the price. The most important thing to me was that there were no bugs. It's clean. I've been there for a long time. Please take the courier as well. If you can't get in, please contact us and let us know why. Heh. He was really kind, like a Korean lady. I had a delicious dinner with them as well. The owner always greets me with a smile. I highly recommend this place. I came to Korea and changed my phone, so my review was late.

The Amelia Apartment is very nice and comfortable to stay. Quiet area. A lot of sunlight in the room. Kitchen has everything to cook your own food. Comfortable bed. The photos match the real apartment. The host is always responsive and helpful. Definitely we will come back to this place. Recommended.

Queen always responded so quickly. She tried her best to help us. It was good experience to stay at Condotel but to use the hotel’s facilities, we had to pay extra and some was limited. Other than that, the place itself was good and the location is close to the city so it was very convenient.
