Vacation rentals with a patio in Nin

Vedran is the best host I've encountered during our honeymoon trip to Croatia. He is responsive, even prepare a welcome gift for us which is so lovely. House is so clean, easy to checkin and nice private area with garage. He recommended some local restaurants also and we went two days in a row. Was the best steak I tried. If we come again to Zadar, we would stay here again. I really appreciate the host! Thank you Vedran🙏🙏😍

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

We were very happy with the apartment. Everything was there. In the area, many new houses are emerging, which we felt was questionable for the originality of the area and infrastructure for the future. But it does not diminish the high standard of the beautiful apartment and the friendliness of our hosts. A really quiet and original as well as sandy beach was nearby. Shopping as well. The pool in the evening sun on the terrace was a wonderful new experience and wellness from home. Thank you!

We were there for a girls' vacation and the apartment was perfect for us. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It looked like the photos and we were not disappointed. Everything was super clean and tidy. One of the highlights was the heated pool overlooking the sea 🤩 The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, we had a rental car and so everything was easily accessible. We were also often out and about with Uber without any problems. A few days before our arrival, we received a message from Blazenko with all the important information. Although we arrived very late on the day of arrival, he took a lot of time and explained everything to us. Blazenko was always available to us and gave us many tips. We definitely recommend the place.

Beautiful place, very close to the small beach from the village, very comfortable anyway and a short distance from centers a little more inhabited.

This is a very clean and comfortable apartment with perfectly equipped kitchen, sea view. The beach is very relaxing. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a quiet holiday. The owners live in the building, they are always available, helpful and nice.

We had a dream week at Ljerka and her son Franz's place! Upon arrival, they welcomed us like royalty with a plate of charcuterie and homemade pancakes – a lovely touch that immediately set the tone. Ljerka is exemplary in responsiveness and, if needed, Franz is always available, smiling and willing to help. The apartment is in a great location, quiet, just a 10 minute drive from downtown Zadar. The balcony has a splendid view of the sea, and direct access to a semi-private beach makes the place even more magical. A real little piece of heaven, perfect for relaxing in the sun. We recommend it without a second thought, and even x1000, for all those looking for a peaceful break by the water!

We had a wonderful stay. But you definitely need a car. The place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was also super equipped. The bed was super comfortable and smelled great. The pool has a relaxed size and was also super clean. All in all it was a wonderful stay and would be happy to come back 🥰

A great vacation in Privlaka – absolute recommendation! We had a wonderful time at this cottage in Privlaka! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts – they were extremely friendly, helpful and always available without being intrusive. You felt welcome from the first moment. The house itself was modern, clean and lovingly furnished. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful garden and the wonderful pool, which invite you to relax and enjoy. Everything was very well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. Location was also perfect. In the surrounding area, everything you need for a successful vacation was available: shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches. In addition, Privlaka was an ideal starting point for excursions in the region. We have discovered many charming towns in the area (e.g. Nin, Zadar, Sibenik, etc.). Thank you dear Anita for this great stay!

I was very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful villa and I am completely thrilled! The first step into the villa was a real highlight: everything was incredibly clean, stylishly furnished and you immediately felt at home. A special thank you goes to Matteo, who really thought of everything. The villa was fully equipped, you didn't have to bring anything from home. I had a few things with me, but that was completely unnecessary in retrospect. There was really everything you need for a relaxed stay. Matteo was also always available and immediately took care of everything if you needed something. Such hospitality is rare! I would recommend this villa without reservation. It was an unforgettable beautiful stay. I'd love to come back!

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds cozy, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear drawback: We were also not provided with a baby chair at multiple urgency requests. Andrej said he couldn't decide for himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be purchased. For us, this was a big limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here so that other parents with toddlers are prepared.

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

As a family of four (with 2 adult children), we had a wonderful vacation at the Ventus Blue. The house is very well equipped, nicely decorated and was sparkling clean upon our arrival. It is small, but was perfectly sufficient for us in the good weather we had, as we could spend most of the time outside. The air conditioning upstairs was pleasant for sleeping. The location of the house was perfect for us: absolutely quiet in beautiful countryside between mountains and sea and at the same time close enough to the village to shop on foot, to drink and eat or to go to the small quiet beach. Sime's parents welcomed us very nicely and Sime himself was easily accessible. For those who prefer nature and tranquility on vacation, the Ventus Blue is highly recommended!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.
