Cute and cozy cabin in a quiet and beautiful town. The cabin had more than enough space and supplies for everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful stay near to Durmitor Park or even just a beautiful stay in a naturally gorgeous town. We had breakfast and dinner at a restaurant nearby which was delicious ! Thank you so much for a wonderful visit! 😊

Gorica est très réactif et très sympathique. Les instructions pour trouver la maison et envoyées par message sont très claires et bien détaillées. La maison est un vrai havre de paix. Site superbe juste à quelques mètres du lac. Le calme absolu et une vue superbe. Maison cl fortable avec une bonne literie et le wifi fonctionne parfaitement. En plus, kayaks à disposition. Nous les avons utilisés et avons pu nous baigner. Et ne pas oublier le barbecue. Un bon moment pour profiter de la soirée. Le matin, nous avions la visite d'un berger avec ses moutons et chèvres. Bref, un superbe endroit pour qui cherche le calme et la sérénité d'un très bel emplacement.

Het is een prachtig huisje met een prachtige grote tuin waar je heerlijk tot rust komt. Natasa is erg vriendelijk! We kregen een erg warm welkom toen we aankwamen bij het huisje. Natasa had allerlei lekkere hapjes klaargemaakt.

מושלם. הזמנו את המקום מהיום להיום, אחרי שהתאכזבנו מבקתה אחרת שהזמנו והיינו בה, ועזבנו אותה תוך כדי האירוח. קצת חששנו מכך שאין ביקורות כל כך לבקתה של ניקולה, אבל מאד שמחים שהגענו וממליצים מאד! הכל בדיוק כמו שנראה בתמונות, ואפילו מרווח יותר במציאות מאשר מה שנראה בתמונות. הבקתה נקיה מאד, חדשה לגמרי, מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך. יש חימום תת רצפתי (!), מקרר גדול ומטבח נח. הבקתה במקום שקט מאד, מול שדה פתוח ירוק וגדול, ומול הרים מיוערים ויפים, הבקתה מוארת מאד ופתוחה מול הנוף. בסמוך ממש יש מסעדת בוקרים נחמדה. מיקום מאד נח, 20 דקות נסיעה מאגם פיבה. ניקולה ידידותי ותקשורתי מאד, ניכר שיוצא מגדרו כדי שהתנאים והאירוח יהיו למופת. גם עזר לנו בהמלצות מקומיות על דרכים ואתרים. ביום שעזבנו פנה מיוזמתו כדי להציע שנשאר עוד כמה שעות אחרי שעת העזיבה כי אין לו הזמנה ליום למחרת ולא הפריע לו שנשאר עוד. היינו זוג, ובהחלט שוקלים לחזור להתארח שוב עם הילדים.

What can I say, everything was amazing. Best guest with delicious home-cooked food and self-made liquor. I can't understand a word they are saying but I felt they are treating us like their nephew and niece. The room was tidy and comes with a warm fireplace. You can't take a shower, but there is drinkable tap water in the room. There is no electricity in the room itself, but you can easily charge your devices in the hosts' place. There is a gaslight in the room, but bringing a small charged light will make your stay much comfyer. Apart from minor inconveniences (part of the experience), you get an unforgettable view. I had never seen so many stars at the same time in my life. P.S.: We met a guy driving 2 hrs of winding road just to deliver 2 pack of beer that he put to sell in this place. Ture businessman.

Thank you for the warm welcome in such a lovely place. The host was very kind, the fireplace was ready when I arrived, which made the house feel cozy right away. Although it's a bit remote from shops, there were some food supplies available, which I really appreciated. A truly peaceful and welcoming retreat!

The owner was very responsive and friendly, answered all our questions and was always in touch to help us. We had 2 bicycles, a barbecue area, a swimming pool and a real kayak at our disposal! 2 minutes from the house there is the cleanest river Zeta, where we first rode a kayak, walked and swam. We really liked this house and the emotions we experienced!

What a magical place, the village and the house are so peaceful, you are truly surrounded by nature of all kinds. I have never seen so many wild flowers with a carpet of purple autumn crocuses attracting bees, butterflies and other insects. In the 4 days we stayed we saw, or heard, over 35 different birds, including a flock of Bee-eaters, Kingfishers, Tree Sparrows and Spotted Flycatchers to name a few. It wasn't ideal weather for bird spotting either so I imagine there's plenty more to see! The river was crystal clear and whilst we planed to explore further afield we didn't need, or want to, we were more than content to spend our days wandering around the village, following the river and eating every night in the amazing restaurant that is a 15 minute walk from the house. The house is bigger than it appears in the photographs, is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Milos is an exceptional host and I would definitely recommend you stay here!

What a fantastic start to our holiday in Montenegro! Beautiful clean apartment as listings, but the hospitality and friendliness was what was outstanding! Miljan was a fantastic host with lots of help for us and just a really nice person to connect with 🥰. The dinner was fantastic and so was breakfast. We could not have made a better choice for our first night ❤️

Nous avons passé 5 nuits à Etno Selo. L'endroit est magnifique, rustique, calme, très facile d'accès, dans une vallée au milieu des montagnes. Les routes pour y arriver sont faciles. Literie très molle mais, au final, confortable. Piscine défraîchie mais rafraichissante. En revanche, nous n'avions pas compris qu'il n'y a ni cuisine, ni salon dans les petites maisons : un lit deux places au rez-de-chaussée et un lit double + un lit simple à l'étage auquel on accède avec une échelle. Faute de cuisine, nous avons pu profiter du restaurant qui est top.

ENDROIT ATIPIQUE ET TRES CALME, SITUE EN PLEINE CAMPAGNE AU BORD D'UNE RIVIERE ET ENTOURE DE MONTAGNES. TRES BUCOLIQUE.

Wij zijn met een aantal vrienden op vakantie gegaan naar Montenegro. Dankzij het goedkope huis hadden we genoeg budget over om leuke uitjes te plannen, buiten de rustige omgeving waar het huis staat. Maar ook de dagen thuis waren genieten! De verkoeling van het zwembad, airco en ventilatoren waren erg fijn! Van het kampvuur met barbeque hebben we ook goed gebruik gemaakt. Omdat de meeste touristische trekpleisters wat verder weg waren, konden we onderweg genieten van het prachtige landschap van Montenegro vanuit de huurauto's. Onze leukste uitjes waren: Piva lake, Kotor (Baai) en Budva/Becici. Hans en Ronique waren een fijne gastheer en gastvrouw! Ze reageerden vlot op berichten en zetten alles op alles voor een comfortabel verblijf. Ook gaven ze duidelijke instructies voor het huis en een heleboel tips voor tijdens het verblijf.

교통사고 이후 요양하기 위해서 찾아왔다. 자동차 있는 여행자에게 적극적으로 추천한다. 그릇과 조리시설이 다양하고 온수보일러 스위치를 작동시키면 뜨거운 물도 잘나온다. 그리고 작은 텃밭이 있어서 필요한 야채 수급도 가능했다. 에어컨이 없어도 충분히 시원하고 상쾌하다. 그리고 습도 낮다. 주변산책도 가능하고 조용한 시골집으로 요양하기 딱 좋다. 적극적으로 추천하며 다음기회에 또 이용하고싶다.

A great place - a very high spec cabin with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I'd say the reality is actually better than the photos. Steps up to the bedroom are quite steep so no rushing on the way down! Slippers were a nice addition and the air con warmth (needed in April) kicked in quickly to make the place warm. The cabin is in a great location at the end of the valley, so close to the start of the trail up into the hills. It's a 20-25 min drive from the main road turn off, on a mainly one track road - just take care with livestock and local drivers!

My family of 5 stayed at the cabin for 4 nights during a holiday to Bosnia & Montenegro from the UK. The cabin was absolutely fantastic and exceeded our expectations. It’s a wonderful location with beautiful views in all directions. It’s remote but easy to get to town by car and the location couldn’t be any better for those that love the mountains. We will definitely come back. Wonderful friendly hosts who gave a great welcome!!! Thank-you

Luka's property was lovely to stay for a couple days. The views were great and had a balcony either side of the apartment. Luka was very friendly, well spoken and informative. He was prompt with his messages, and came to find us when we got lost. The kitchen had the basic necessities to be able to use; although I do advise they get an electric kettle - I had to boil water in a pan for morning coffee. The AC was quite noisy, but regardless, it worked and kept us cool. Our only issue was finding the property. The address wasn't clear, so we got lost, with no data on our phones, walking in circles until we eventually found one person who spoke English. The neighbourhood is underdeveloped, (boarded up windows, run down buildings, grafitti on the walls, kids running through the streets late at night, dogs roaming around and people staring at you) so we felt uncomfortable at first, however, we didn't stay in the area long enough to care. Ultimately, I would recommend a stay at Luka's :)

Marko was a super responsive host and his place was amazing. Exactly what we wanted in a quiet mountain getaway as part of our honeymoon. Marko had any informarion we wanted about the surrounding area, and his recommendations always delivered. The place was built by his father 40 years ago and the two of them renovated recently, adding a great little batheoom with shower and washing machine, and some storage space. We honestly didnt want to leave, and the next time we come to Boka Bay we will 100% stay at Cozy Cottage again. We used the outside bbq for some fish, and marko brought us some honey from his dads hives. We had an amazing walk up to Straznik and a warm fire to come back to. We visited in mid-september, but i imagine this would be a perfect winter cabin too. The area was teeming with wildlife and unforgettable views. Really friendly host, Dragan took us from the train station and on our leaving day he drove us to our next place. The house is isolated close to the monastery but the view is absolutely stunning. Dragan is also making the best honey I ever tried !

This little house sits in the middle of a valley (at 1000 meters altitude) and is the perfect getaway. Our dogs were also welcome and they loved roaming around the house. We arrived at night and could not find the house at first, but Bojan was there to shine the light and help us find it. Bojan was a very good host, very friendly, helpful and ready to offer rakija at any time of day, if he was around in his own vacation home in the valley. From the house it is a half an hour drive to Zabljak, from where you can climb Bobotov Kuk or see the Black Lake. There are four restaurants at a maximum of 6 km from the house, which is great for such a quiet area. There are hiking paths basically from the house, you can follow the route to Dobri Do upstream and it was very nice (although we had to turn around halfway with our mountainbikes, it is a beautiful hike). We recommend this place for sure!

Host was amazing! Breakfast also was great. Good location, big house, many beds.
