The guest house was exactly as described in the listing and exceeded out expectations. The property is located in a very peaceful and lush-green neighborhood. It is a modern house with all amenities required for the short or long-term stay. The check-in process was very smooth, with flexible check-in time and key box allowing self check in. The house was squeaky clean and clutter-free and was nicely decorated - we felt at home quickly. Communication from Caroline and Kevin was proactive and spot on, and they kept checking in if all was well or we needed anything during our stay. I would totally recommend the property for one and all visiting this part of Netherlands.

A quiet and well equipped apartment in a lovely location on the edge of the park- long grass, yellow iris flowers and nice views. The walk to the station was easy- allow around 20mins, then frequent trains to the centre. Petra was helpful and responsive- thank you

een heel vriendelijke gastvrouw met een prachtige accomodatie! zeer de moeite waard om daar een aantal nachten te verblijven. mooie wandel/fiets omgeving en leuke steden in de buurt. maar ook op eigen terrein is het heerlijk vertoeven. En dan zo'n heerlijk ontbijt 's ochtends! Wij hebben genoten.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Mirjams Unterkunft. Sie war sehr freundlich, die Wohnung ist exakt wie beschrieben und wir haben uns vor allem über den Zugang in den Garten gefreut. Die Kommunikation hat perfekt funktioniert und Mirjam war sehr hilfsbereit und schnell beim Antworten. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub!

For our weekend trip to Utrecht, my friends and I stayed at Liesbeth's place. She is a really nice host and helpful. The accommodation is clean. Since the location is close to the forest it's really quit and perfect to relax. On the other side it's still easy to reach Utrecht via bus and train. Overall we had a really good time. Thanks again Liesbeth!

Wij zijn twee nachtjes in Beemte Broekland geweest. Een heerlijk huisje om te zijn. Alles was zoals beschreven en super schoon. Heerlijk om ook een badjas te hebben, ik hou wel van even 'badjassen' in de ochtend. Bij aankomst begroet en besnuffeld door de twee honden, erg gezellig :) Het bed slaapt goed, dat is iets persoonlijks, maar voor ons was dit helemaal prima. Het huisje heeft ook een zeer complete keuken. Erg prettig om niet altijd uit eten te moeten. De regendouche was ook heerlijk. Het is zeker de moeite waard om op zoek te gaan naar Klompenpaden in de regio, net even anders dan anders wandelroutes. Het contact met Maud verliep ook super vlot. Kortom een zeer aan te raden plekje.

Alles was prima in orde! De accommodatie was comfortabel, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het bed lag heerlijk en we hebben uitstekend geslapen. Astrid en Jaap waren vriendelijk en servicegericht; we voelden ons erg welkom. Het ontbijt was werkelijk fantastisch: er werd met zorg rekening gehouden met mijn dieetwensen (koolhydraatarm), en alles smaakte heerlijk. Wij zouden zeker nog eens terug komen!

Vriendelijke host, snelle reacties en behulpzaam. De ruimte is mega schoon en ruim. Ze hebben het zo aangekleed dat je echt een vakantiegevoel krijgt. Ontzettend tevreden

We were very comfortable and at home. We loved that there were so many wooded walks from the doorstep. Zutphen is close and worth the visit. Our hosts gave us an introduction to a great restaurant. All in all a good experience and we’d stay again.

We really loved Emmanuelle's place - we absolutely recommend staying! It is very spacious and wonderfully decorated - lots of interesting furniture, fixtures, and decor. The beds were so comfy and the place is very clean. We only stayed one night and it was rainy the whole time so I can't wait to go again when we can stay longer and enjoy the animals and outside areas too. Communication with Emmanuelle was always a pleasure.

Echt een heerlijk knus huisje met landelijk uitzicht. Heel privé maar mocht je wat nodig hebben dan kon je bellen. En een heel persoonlijk kaartje op de keukentafel gewoon Top

Heerlijke overnachting gehad. De ruimte was van alle gemakken voorzien en heel schoon. Host gaf duidelijke uitleg en gaf tips voor restaurants. Gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt. Echt een aanrader! Zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Zeker een aanrader en als ik weer in de omgeving ben kom ik zeker terug!

We spent two nights at Marloes and Roy guesthouse and loved every second of it! We could tell that this guest house is run with love and attention to detail and together with the close to nature location this makes for a perfect place to relax for a few days. Highly recommend staying here!

The space was incredible, very comfortable, clean and with a big garden to enjoy the sun. Even the neighbourhood is a perfect mix of quiet and beauty. Nothing was missing in the house and Susanne was a perfect host! Always nice and wiling to help in anything we need! If we could change something we would just choose a one size bed instead of 2 single beds together, because as a couple would have been a little bit more comfortable.

Erna is truly an amazing Hostess and she is so generous with everything. I only chose to stay in Barneveld reading the reviews of Erna and her delicious breakfast since my husband and I wanted to be spoiled a bit. Barneveld is quiet but with a car you can drive. It exceeded expectations. She provides an amazing and clean accommodation. The bed is so comfortable and there are plenty of towels for guests to use. The little kitchenette was convenient and came with a toaster oven and a hot plate. There is no microwave but we managed fine since we stayed for two days. Erna also allowed us to use her washer and dryer. Helped us to order pizza. She welcomed us with a lovely bottle of wine and chilled beers and drinks. I loved the garden which is so cute and well planned. She has all the cutlery and assorted glasses you will need. I am back in Canada and still dreaming of Erna and her warm hospitality and delicious breakfast. Thank you for everything you did for my husband and me, Erna. Love

Smještaj je odličan i ima sve što je potrebno, apartman je bio jako uredan i čist, a najbolje je i što se može besplatno piti kava i čaj. Ramon je super domaćin, odgovara jako brzo i svaki dan provjerava je li sve u redu i treba li nam nešto, a prvi dan nas je odmah pozdravio i uputio gdje se u blizini nalaze supermarketi i pekare. Stanica vlaka udaljena 10 minuta pješke.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Het appartement is de voorzijde van een boerderij. Er is rust en voldoende privacy. Op een supergroot grasveld voor het huis kun je lekker in de zon zitten, maar er is ook schaduw als je dat prettiger vindt. Er is een lekker warme douche. Dat is ook echt fijn. Verder is alles aanwezig om je verblijf aangenaam te maken. In de omgevingen je prima wandelen, maar als je wil fietsen over gravelpaden, zandpaden en landpaden kusje je hart helemaal ophalen.

Joanne is een fantastische host, zeer vriendelijk en reageert altijd snel. Ook de omgeving is erg aangenaam en rustig met veel natuur en groen rondom. We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, en het huisje is ook zeer proper. De inrichting is erg mooi en gezellig.

We stayed in the home for 2 weeks and just checked out yesterday. We definitely recommend this Hilversum home. The home is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood. The home is spacious, clean, private and very comfortable. Hilversum, Netherlands is a nice quaint town with plenty of diverse restaurants, shopping stores and very insteresting walks. Plus, Amsterdam is only 20 minutes away via train from the Hilversum train station and France is only 4hrs away via train as well. If I were to move to Netherlands, Hilversum is where I would live. If you have small children and/or pets you will need a gate to block the stairs to the bedroom downstairs. The steps are very steep and a potential fall hazard.

Bezaubernde Unterkunft. Isaac war im Vorfeld für jede Frage da, er hat alles toll erklärt. Das Appartement ist klein aber fein. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Terrasse mit ihrem Ausblick ist ein Highlight. Wir waren sehr begeistert.

Un agréable séjour, paisible et relaxant ! La maison dispose d’équipements utiles pour la cuisine et permet de passer le séjour avec chacuns nos espaces ( 2 couples d’amis, sdb privée dans chaques chambres et de différents côtés de la maison ). Le jardin est très agréable et permet de profiter de moments aux calme en extérieur. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Julie & Aurélien

Tout vraiment très bien, le séjour parfait, l’accueil la disponibilité, la discrétion. On a rien à redire. Juste un petit Bémol: l’escalier et vraiment très étroite, un peut difícil à monter et descendre avec les affaires, et pas avoir un physique large. Pour l’espace qu’il y a des escaliers plus grand ça serais pas de refus ☺️ mais sinon vraiment tout bien , tout propre très jolie aussi les chambres sont très bien aussi. Merci encore à Sven pour son accueille
