A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

The polder cottage is an oasis of peace in the middle of the Randstad. It has recently been renovated and has all the comforts. The WiFi works great in all areas. Perfect place for vacation and to be able to work quietly. The polder cottage is centrally located: the beach (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) and Utrecht (30 km). With the lake areas as close surroundings. Canoes and (electric)bicycles are available for free. Within walking distance (100 m) a supermarket, bistro/restaurant, café, small museum, snack bar and bus stop infront of our house. No dogs/no drugs.

Apartment Het Nest

Under the flight path of the spoonbill is apartment Het Nest. With a balcony against the walnut tree, in our garden where the curlew, the great spotted woodpecker and the winter king are regular guests. The name of our guest house is therefore obvious.
