The guest house with the vacation lofts "Ostera" and "Westera" is located on the rural property Sonnenhügel. In the former stable building, historical elements with contemporary design have been combined in a special way. Ostera shows the love of clear but warm simplicity, combined with a certain eye for special details. We wanted to create a place where you can find balance and harmony everywhere. The crackling fireplace in the sleeping area creates special moments of togetherness.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Modern, quiet apartment over 2 floors with sea view – terrace, garden, balcony and living room with evening sun and view of the Baltic Sea towards Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn. 300 meters to the Baltic Sea with lonely stone beach – suitable for swimming, swimming beach in the Nienhagen location 15 min by bike or 5 min by car. Several shopping in Elmenhorst and Nienhagen – 5 min by car. The Baltic Sea Park Shopping Mall with IKEA can be reached in 15 minutes.

Cozy apartment "Alte Post" Our apartment is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Börgerende-Rethwisch, a small village close to the beach (4 km). Our central location makes us an ideal base for excursions to Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn and Rostock. The car can be left behind, thanks to the connection to public transport. Upon arrival, a tourist tax will be charged, which is €2/person in the high season and €1/person in the low season. Fee per pet/night € 5

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
