Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof. Until then possible workemissions.

I am living there all year long so I guarantee you'll feel at home and have a fully functional and equipped flat for your stay. The bright apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Niederdorf, 10 minutes walk from the main train station. All shops for daily needs and numerous restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity. The studio is furnished to a high standard and has an Internet-enabled TV, Apple TV and Wi-Fi. Watch out, Wed 14th May check out at 9am instead of 11am. Apartment in the center, opposite Wiedikon train station, 10 min from Zurich HB. Many cafes and restaurants. Perfectly located to explore the city of Zurich and surroundings. This is my main accommodation so complete, a double bed + sofa bed, equipped kitchen, private bathroom, personal stuffs. Washing machine and dryer in the basement.

This was one of my favorite Airbnb's I've stayed at - the apartment is in a great location (easily accessible to/from the tram and a quick walk uphill from city center), and Yvonne and Alan were very kind and friendly hosts. Additionally, the bedroom & shared spaces were very clean and comfortable, with the right amount of privacy and independence. I would love to stay at Yvonne's again on a return visit to Zurich in the future. Thank you!
