Vacation rentals with a patio in Niederdorf

We really enjoyed our stay at Egon’s apartment. It was clean, modern and spacious. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable! Secondly, the apartment had a washing machine, drying rack and dryer! We were away from home for 7 weeks and had wasted so much time at laundromats! Huge bonus being able to do our washing at Egon’s apartment. He had also left us a small bottle of champagne and sweet snacks…thoughtful touch. The temperatures were very hot during our 3-day stay and there is no air conditioning. To alleviate our discomfort, Egon very kindly brought a fan for us to use which made a big difference! We can highly recommend Egon as a host, and his apartment as a great place to stay at.

Such a great location for exploring the Dolomites. And a fun find to also get to explore the cute town of Sillian, which is super walkable with great pizza, gelato, playgrounds, and a bike path. The place is pristine and very comfortable, so we felt right at home. The host was very friendly and helpful with lots of great recommendations. Would highly recommend staying here!

We loved Ciasa Aidin- the apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable and a great location that was easy walking to the slopes. The views are spectacular! Petra was so helpful and always responded quickly to any question we had. The beds are comfortable and loved the down quilt. We plan on coming back. My husband is an architect and h loved the place.

We had an unforgettable stay! The host was absolutely amazing — very attentive and detailed, providing clear instructions for everything. Her mother warmly welcomed us at the café right under the apartment, which was such a lovely touch. The place was spotlessly clean, fully equipped with all the essentials, and just as described. It’s located in a quiet village with a breathtaking view that looked like a painted landscape. The location was perfect for exploring nearby villages and lakes — everything was easy to reach. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for peace, beauty, and a truly memorable experience. We spent beautiful days here that we’ll never forget!

For our honeymoon in the Dolomites we rented this beautiful apartment. The apartment was very clean, luxurious, modern and we really felt at home there. Elfi was extremely nice and gave us the best tips for the surroundings and responded quickly. The garden was really a beautiful addition to relax and unwind. A supermarket is located under the apartment, which is very convenient if you want to stay nearby for a day. Bathroom was spacious and modern and the kitchen was equipped with every comfort! My wife and I will definitely be back 😍

The place and the whole valley are indescribably beautiful. Günther and Ingrid are very warm and great hosts. They played a key role in making our stay unforgettable for us. Nice place to stay close to Tre Cime, which we wanted to reach early! The accommodation is peaceful, very easy to access, welcoming and clean. It feels good! Great restaurant Agriturismo Cortes Ranch a few minutes' drive away! Thanks to Daniela and Roberto for their responsiveness!

It was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had yet. The house is perfectly described on the listing. We found it spacious and well designed. The view from the balcony is something that I have to mention. It is as peaceful as it gets and for someone looking to take a break from everyday life, this is a perfect getaway with a view of the mountains. We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house in May 2025. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and taste the house has been furnished with. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and everything is just as beautiful as promised in the pictures. Especially the magnificent balcony and the hot tub gave us unforgettable moments of relaxation – we enjoyed the time there. The hosts also rounded off our stay perfectly: always available, warm and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and would be very happy to come back as soon as the path leads us back to this wonderful region

We've really been to a lot of Air BnBs, but the slanting house surpassed everything. The kitchen furnishings leave nothing to be desired, there are a large number of board games (the air hockey was really fun) and books and everything is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Tresdorf is a great starting point for hikes and other activities (recommended here, among other things, the herbal hike of Hana Lerchbaumer). We had a great time with our dog Toni (even feeding bowls and a mobile fence available), who felt very welcome. If you are looking for peace and comfort, you will find both. Breathtaking views - if you’re looking for a serene getaway, this is the place. Franz was communicative and friendly. The place is modern and kept very clean. The kitchen is quite nice. The beds are comfortable and the porch gives you a nice view with sounds of wildlife. Would definitely stay here again.

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

Davide and Alessandra are great hosts and made us feel right at home. The place was everything we hoped for, and Davide spoiled us with a homemade cake, juice, walnut liquor (oh yes!) and great advise on the surroundings. The location is super idyllic and quiet. Small but very nice apartment, top modern furnishings. Great view from the terrace directly on Sextener red wall, elf and three-shoe tip. Good pizzeria across the street, top bakery next door. Communication worked out great. Very nice stay.

Great, clean, comfortable place. Would highly recommend. Only thing I wish was better was the online check in website didn’t function great for me and took me about 20 mins to get all my information and passports loaded.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all the needs and even the simple details such as spices, oil and coffee were present, and this is something rare and we appreciate it a lot. The bathroom is clean, the water is hot and constant, and the apartment is very warm and suitable for cold weather. The host was very cooperative, gave us the option to pick up the key from his office or meet us at the apartment, and explained everything in detail. The safety point is excellent, and everything is organized and clear. Overall, it was a great experience and I give them 10 out of 10⭐️

good and clean studio, central in the dolomites. only minor issue is that the beds are 2 seperate 1p beds. When putting them next to eachother they always slide away again.. had to block the beds

This is a cosy but roomy apartment in a beautiful location. Very clean and there was everything we needed (lots of useful kitchen equipment). Everything was great and Giuliana went out her way to make it easy for us. Lots of walks around the place and only a 25 minute to the Lagole. I would 100% recommend this apartment - thank you Giuliana! (Also, you might not notice from the pictures but the bed is huge and very comfortable).
