Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

nice le port: renovated apartment in a secure residence with elevator and fiber. this accommodation has an entrance, a living room, an equipped open kitchen, a sleeping area, shower, toilet and laundry room. The living room has a sofa bed (194 X 140 cm bed), a dining table, TV and reversible air conditioning. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It is fully equipped for families, has a private parking space, a south-facing terrace with views, air conditioning, mosquito nets. It is quietly located, set back from the road. Two of the bedrooms overlook gardens, ideal for waking up to birdsong. Ideally located less than 5 minutes to the reserve beach and about ten minutes to the tram.

Fully renovated beautiful 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor (without elevator) with a balcony facing the sea and the harbor. This flat is located at the bottom of the Castle Hill and a few steps away from the Old Town. Hang out on cafe terraces in the afternoon sun or enjoy the view from the balcony. Before diner, have a cocktail while admiring the sunset on the sea side.
