Everything about our weekend at ART CAMP was perfect. The home is a peaceful lakeside haven that managed to feel both inspiring and relaxing—a rare combo. Franky and his family have clearly poured heart into the space. It's not just a house; it’s an experience. The environment was thoughtfully eclectic in all the best ways—every corner sparked conversation or curiosity, yet nothing felt out of place. From the whimsical art touches to the tranquil lake views and bubbling hot tub, everything was designed with intention. Our kids absolutely loved the loft—it was their own little adventure hideaway. They were thrilled to have a space that felt just for them, and it added a whole new layer of fun to the stay. The check-in was smooth, the location serene, with great vibes all around. If you're looking for a creative recharge or simply a beautiful, restful space for your crew (kids included!), ART CAMP is truly a gem.

Our stay was great. Beautiful setting, functioning hot tub and beautiful fire pit area. Very comfortable and would recommend staying here again!

Spent a few days here when traveling for a college graduation at Niagara University. The home was absolutely amazing. So open and airy and right on the water. I spent most of the time outside just enjoying the view. The sunsets and sunrises over the lake were gorgeous and only made better when watching from the hot tub. One night we had a beautiful fire to add to the scenery and it was gorgeous. I recommend opening the windows and falling asleep to the sound of the waves ❤️The shower is magical. Huge and under a skylight makes for a very relaxing experience. Everything about this place was as described if not better. Kristeen was very responsive and checked in throughout the stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet little piece of paradise!

Great place near Olcott! Cottage was as photos show, very clean and well cared for. We didn’t use the hot tub so no comments on that aspect. Very short walk to Lake Ontario shore for gorgeous sunsets. Was wonderful that firewood was provided for fire pit, some coffee & coffee filters, and overall was just a very comfortable space for our weekend away! We will be back!

We loved the house! The views were remarkable. I have never stayed at a rental house where so much care was taken by the host to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a relaxing peaceful break from the grind but close enough to the city and local attractions. The kitchen was completely outfitted and as cooks were super impressed. The new king bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. This is the best VRBO/airbnb I have stayed in to date! Kristeen and Matt are wonderful hosts!

If you are looking to get out of the city and the hustle and bustle of work, this is your place! This idyllic cottage on Lake Ontario is quite the find. We went for my birthday weekend. Andrea was kind enough to gift me a bottle of wine. He had two wine glasses for my husband and I and the wine setting on the kitchen island. Very thoughtful. Very clean place to stay. Many extras in the kitchen to use if you needed to cook. The hot tub was so relaxing. The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous. You are about an hour from Niagara Falls, which wasn’t a bad drive. Beautiful country roads. Thank you for a most memorable birthday weekend!

This is a really good place if you are looking for a peace and staycation. Very humble and helpful host.

This beachfront cottage was exactly what we were looking for. The lake views and sunsets were amazing, weather was perfect. The cottage was spacious with plenty of sleeping area for our 5 adults. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and having evening fires. Plenty of wineries nearby also. Although we weren’t bothered by it, I would mention to others that there is no privacy in the yard. There is a walkway that runs alongside the yard that is very busy with locals walking back and forth to the beach/pjer. Although it did not bother us, some might be looking for a more private getaway. My family and I would definitely stay at the beachfront cottage again!

We really enjoyed our stay and the house has everything labeled very well and the host was super responsive and helpful for any questions we asked prior and during our visit. This lake house was everything we hoped for and more. The hosts thought of every detail — from gourmet cookies and wine to a special coffee blend and a fully stocked kitchen. The home was spotless, cozy, and beautifully rebuilt with care. We loved the peaceful lakefront setting with a view of the Toronto skyline, evenings by the fire pit, and outdoor games for the kids. Inside, we enjoyed board games and the upstairs clawfoot tub. It felt like home the moment we walked in. Truly one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had — we can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was wonderful! The location is private and the creek in the yard brings in a lot of wildlife. We saw chipmunks, geese, and squirrel! The place is quiet yet close to Buffalo and within 20 minutes of Niagara Falls! Bill was a great host and was very flexible with our check in and check out. We will be staying here if we ever return to Buffalo!!

Beautiful view and great location for shopping at the outlets or strolling the streets in any of the towns nearby. The Griffon Brewery & Gastropub in Lewiston had a gorgeous view and amazing food for dinner. The cottage was very cozy and had a great spot for a campfire! It was peaceful and the lake was so nice to look at.

We loved our little stay here. It's great for a relaxing long weekend. Lots of great places to eat and drink within driving distance. The views were amazing! Gorgeous water and was fun to see Toronto in the distance. We definitely underestimated the presence of the bugs. Krista does warn that they come out in the summer, but they were everywhere by the water. Definitely hampered our time spent outside but if you can ignore the bugs you'll be fine. Krista was a wonderful communicator and the place was spotless.

This location was even more beautiful than it looked in the pictures. Not to mention quiet and peaceful! We couldn't get enough of sitting outside and enjoying the view. I would definitely recommend this location if you want to visit Niagara falls but you are also looking for a quiet getaway. We also visited the restaurants that were recommended on the welcome sheet and we were happy with each one! We met the host by chance and Eric was extremely friendly!
