Appartement au 4eme étage (spécial motivation au sport😍).Idéalement situé à une minute de marche de la plage et à deux rues des Almadies, vous séjournez dans un logement paisible et aéré. L’électricité est comprise dans le tarif, mais merci de penser à l’économiser. Votre attention à ce détail est très appréciée. La femme de ménage passe chaque 2 jours,à nos frais. Un environnement sécurisé,un quartier mixte entre tradition (Ngor) et modernité (Almadies) ce qui lui donne beaucoup de charme

Safety is our priority with h24 guards A bright and airy space with a bedroom with orthopedic bedding for a restful sleep, a cozy living room and a fitted kitchen (hotplate, microwave, utensils, refrigerator). cleaning service is included 3 times per week. Charming and comfortable studio.

Come enjoy our stylish and central accommodation, fully equipped and very comfortable. Convenient for both vacation and business stays as it is equipped with a fiber optic wifi connection. This apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access in the Ngor Almadies district which is very secure and touristy with these beaches, restaurants, shops and ease of movement. PS: electricity is extra and is recharged by code.
