Beautiful building and apartment. Nhung is an outstanding hostess. We rented for our son who was studying abroad in Hanoi and Nhung was so kind to pick him up at the airport upon arrival and bring him to the apartment. She took great care of our son and was extremely responsive to any questions we had.

The apartment is in a great location, with beautiful views from the upstairs balcony and apartment windows. The host was also extremely helpful and accommodating. Overall amazing place!

Very responsive every time we asked for information. Thái and his team was great and helpful. The apartment itself is great, clean and lots of lighting. Specially they are pet friendly. My dog loves it there. Thanks team. We will be back.

This place is incredible. It looks the same with the photos posted. The place is also accessible to restaurants and shops. The only thing I’m concerned is there’s no exhaust in the water closet. But all in all, I recommend this place.

I was truly happy to have found this place. It’s clean, and the host is proactive and thoughtful. You can tell they genuinely care about the apartment as everything was well-prepared. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with amenities, including things like toothbrushes and combs, which you usually only find in hotels. I would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends.

I had a clean and comfortable stay here for my 3-day trip to Hanoi! The hosts were friendly and responsive, and the location was not too far from the Old Quarter and Train Street~! Xin cam on~

The place is just awesome and the host is so much helpful that from early check in request to late checkout request and post checkout help in getting my luggage stored for my convenience is so much appreciated. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at De le Roi in Hanoi! Chloe, our host, was incredibly supportive and attentive to all our needs throughout our visit. Her Airbnb was beautifully and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home the moment we arrived. The apartment was fully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and everything we needed within walking distance. This place is amazing! The room is spacious, cozy, exactly like the photos, fast wifi, with giant TV to watch movies and gives everything what I need during my stay. It has big balcony to see the street. Located in fifth floor above a spa. The unit is super private and with elevator! At first it feels weird to take the elevator through the spa to go to the room, but then it’s all okay. Location is also great, right in the old quarter, with many good restaurants and coffee shops next door. Most importantly, the host is super helpful, proactive and pretty flexible with check in/out. Definitely will come back to this place!

Stayed here 4 nights, was meant to stay 3 but we liked it so much we wanted to stay an extra night. The host was very friendly with quick response time. An amazing, stylish, quirky little apartment. Very clean, good location in Old quarter. It’s a busy road but you can’t hear much noise at all. Very lovely cafe at the bottom with delicious egg coffee. The only thing we’d suggest is more storage space for large travel rucksacks but no big issue at all.

I would definitely recommend this apartment. It is located in a nice building centrally located in Ho Tay. There are lots of good food options nearby. The apartment is clean, has modern furnishings, and Duc is a response, kind host. The only draw back is that there is some noise from the street nearby at night, but it was not enough to affect my sleep. I slept like a baby. The bed is also very comfortable. I will likely stay here again. 5/5 :)

If you’re looking for a hotel-like experience with a unique twist, this place is perfect. The panoramic views of Hanoi from the large windows are absolutely stunning, and the cold A/C was a welcome comfort after a day of exploring. I felt completely safe during my stay, and the environment was peaceful and secure. Although it’s located in the tourist area, it still felt quiet and private — a great balance of convenience and calm. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a beautiful, comfortable, and well-located stay in Hanoi.

This apartment is an oasis amid the bustle of Old Quarter, awesome views, lovely vibe and clean. I loved staying here.

I stayed at this place for two weeks and really enjoyed my time here. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made it easy to cook for myself. It's conveniently located near the Japanese supermarket Tomibun, where you can find all your daily essentials. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the host arranges a weekly cleaning service, which is a great bonus. I also appreciated having both a washing machine and a dryer—your clothes come out nearly dry and fresh every time. The rental price is definitely worth it for the quality and service provided. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a high-quality living experience in Hanoi.

le séjour étai parfait 🙏🏻🌺☀️ merci beaucoup Thuy Trang 💪🏻 l'appartement était nickel et a proximité de tout (restaurant, shop etc etc) la petite terrasse est agréable, tout était propre 👍🏻on a de quoi se préparer a manger, le lit étai confortable, la climatisation Marche très bien, la télé aussi (les prise pour charger votre téléphone, ordinateur fonctionne bien "pas besoin d'adaptateur pour les personnes Françaises")
