Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

The apartment has a private entrance,bathroom/toilet and kitchen. Access to garden, with terrace and possibility to borrow barbecue. There is the possibility of extra bed, for a supplement of 100kr per night, as well as the possibility of borrowing a weekend bed and trip trap chair. Bed linens and towels incl. in the price. Possibility of washing and drying, for a small fee. We live 400m from the square, and 600m from the harbor, where buses run to the whole island, and the ferry sails to Poland. On our way, the bus goes to Rønne / Airport

Nature plot with frequent visits of animals such as owls , deer, pheasants, and squirrels. Dog is welcome. A small part of the property is fenced. Great opportunities for good walks in the woods and to the beach. You are about 1 km from Snogebæk which offers the best ice cream, delicious fish & Chips, good fish cakes, good coffee, great chocolate, crispy pizzas, coziness and atmosphere.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.
