Vacation rentals with breakfast in Newton

The house was very clean and organized. Additional seating in the living room would be nice and kings beds instead of queen size beds would be better. They left snacks and bottle water for us to have which was appreciated, but we found open gallons of beverages and open food packages in the refrigerator. We also questioned the sign in the kitchen stating no cooking allowed. Honestly, that’s why we stay at Airbnb’s Overall, our stay was comfortable.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

Thomas is an exceptional host and this place is absolutely amazing! The house has a beautiful aesthetic and a calming vibe, and it was spotless and very well-managed. I especially loved how the room was organized, it had a romantic charm to it that really stood out. The furniture was top notch and honestly the place looks so much better in person than in photos (which is rare!). This was actually my first Airbnb stay in the States and I ended up being an hour late for checkout. Thomas was incredibly kind and didn’t even charge me for the delay, such a thoughtful gesture. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and just adds to the overall experience. I would highly recommend this place to everyone, and I’ll say it again, it’s ten times better in person! Thank you Thomas for your hospitality, will surely keep coming back to your place frequently hereafter! Hahaha

From the moment we stepped into this wonderful house in Charlestown we felt instantly at home. Every inch of the home is beautiful and the house is on the historic registry. Megan and Victor were amazing hosts, responding immediately to any question we had. We will definitely be staying there again when we travel to Charlestown. (Hopefully it will be available! 🤞)

Kat is far and away the best host I've ever met. She gave us full tour of her home, and recommended many local shops and restaurants. She provided snacks, breakfast groceries, toiletries, beach towels and chairs, and more. It felt like more like we were visiting a family member's home than renting an airbnb. Her home is beautiful. The mattresses are comfy and she offers different types of sheets/blankets for whatever kind of sleeper you may be. She has a full kitchen with appliances/cookware. As the listing says, certain cars may have a hard time with parking. We rented a Rav 4 and it was a bit tight but we didn't have a problem. Anything larger than a Rav 4 would probably be incompatible with the narrow driveway. If I could rate our experience over a 5/5, I would.

Your stay was perfect! So close and walkable to the beach. Our kids had a fabulous vacation and the outdoor shower was used daily! We loved having coffee on the back patio and dinners on the porch. The house is well appointed with everything you need and extra touches to make the beach days easier (beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler bags). The neighborhood is quiet and close to grocery stores and a few shops. We loved our stay and hope to come back!

Hostess was extremely welcoming. Personally greeted us on arrival and showed us around the place, making sure we were happy with our accommodations. Patty made us feel like visiting friends from the start. The home was extremely comfortable, the shower was amazing, and Plymouth is a great place to visit. Our stay was really too short and as much as we were missing home we hated to leave. Getting in and out of the driveway was a bit of a challenge as other have mentioned, but doable. We had a RAV IV and pulling in and out we’re fine, backing in or out took some jockeying but doable. Patty explains the issue very apologetically. It shows her caring nature not only for her guests but also for her very elderly neighbors who get upset if anyone encroaches on their space at all. We and our 2 dogs would definitely love to stay here again.

Hospitable host. Made sure breakfast was available every day. The place is beautiful, well decorated. It made me want to stay longer. Donnell is great to talk to, respectful of your privacy, and available if you need anything. I had a great time.

Ashling was an amazing host. She contacted us before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Her space was fantastic and exactly what we needed for a weekend in Groton.

This was the cutest place! We all loved the garden space. The deck was very inviting. Rhona was kind enough to leave English muffins and butter for us. The selection of tea was fabulous! The bouquet and house plants made it feel very homey. There was an area close by that had a convenience store, a Dunkin Donuts, and a few decent restaurants. We would stay here again if we come back.

This place was amazing. I would come back here. I feel like we won the Airbnb lottery. It is nice to have a host that is a real person and not a company. This place is well taken care of. 1. It was much larger than I was expecting. 2. It was so clean. Probably the cleanest Airbnb I have been to. 3. There were basics in the cabinets like coffee and creamer ( such a nice touch). and some items in the fridge and freezer which made it really easy to start our day. 4. It was beautifully decorated and the garden was so pretty and nice to take coffee and wine out there. 5. We were here in the spring and it was an easy walk into town(15-20 minutes). We both like walking, but there was a spot for a car if needed. Thank you for such a wonderful time.!!

My family recently stayed for an extended weekend to attend a wedding. This Airbnb was a gem! Kim is a super responsive host, communicative, and checking in often on anything we may need/let us know recommendations, in addition to preparing welcome snacks/refreshments & breakfast items. My family was traveling also with young kids/toddlers and Kim made sure even our youngest felt the most welcome with toys and toddler conveniences. Great location if you are heading into Boston/Cambridge, Logan airport or to the North Shore. Easily walkable to the beach with great sunrise and sunset views. Would recommend staying here again & longer for our next stay!

We had an absolutely exceptional stay! The host was incredibly responsive, making everything seamless from start to finish. The place itself was perfect—immaculate, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. We stayed here for my daughter’s college graduation nearby, and it truly added to the special occasion. The location was convenient, the amenities were top-notch, and every detail exceeded expectations. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a five-star experience!

David & Jenny’s place was exactly as described. We felt welcomed there and their communication was top notch! We had an enjoyable stay and recommend them as hosts!

Great location, apartment was clean and looked like the photos. Very comfortable, all amenities within the apartment, we did tend to eat out, but everything was available if, we had wanted to cook in. Beds were very comfortable 😴😴. Linen & towels were spotless and a beautiful clean smell from them. Washer and dryer was a fab bonus 🥰 Definitely would stay again, but you need a car to travel, Boston was 20 minutes by car, but we also got a train in, when it was snowing. Uber picked us up within 4 minutes and dropped us to train station which was about 5-6 minutes away. Amanda 🥰

We loved the beautiful location and the facilities available at the unit. If the weather had been better, it would have been heavenly. Highly recommend the place. Rob had thoughtfully left eggs, bread and other groceries for us. Braintree is easy to move to and fro downtown Boston (except for peak-time traffic!). Overall, we loved staying at this place.

Sharon was extremely friendly! She went out of her way to find breakfast pastries for my food allergies! Super sweet! Wonderful space, private room and bathroom. We felt very at home and loved the neighborhood. Lovely drive to nearby areas like Newburyport and Salem. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy home away from home.

Connie’s place was a dream. I loved everything about it: the space, the comfort, the quiet, the location. And Connie herself is wonderful. I could t have imagined a better place to stay for my first time in Cambridge.

We were just in for a quick evening but everything was communicated very appropriately.

A+. This place is why I come to Airbnb: unique, immersive, and full of character. I stayed in the Witches Dorm, and it felt like part of the adventure, not just a place to sleep. The decor was rich and authentic, and the common room was so cozy I spent hours writing and reading there. The 2 twin beds were comfy (even for a 6'1" guest.) Hope, the host, is fascinating and has some amazing stories, but also totally respects your space. She keeps the common area well-stocked with snacks, coffee, and drinks, which made mornings and late nights easy. Uber was always available and affordable (~$6–10), making it easy to get around if you don’t feel like walking the scenic 25–30 mins to downtown. The walk downtown can be super varied tho—walking along the coastline one day, thru a park the next, and a myriad of ways down tiny New England streets w cute houses all about the same travel time. My first time in Salem. Felt safe at all hours. Would absolutely stay at this property again. A+

Sad to be leaving. First morning I was awoken by the sounds of birds chitchatting and a warm inviting glow peeking through the windows. Open the French door and listen to the gentle rustling of leaves, the cool breeze flowing in. I could do this for longer. But it’s time to go back to reality. Thank you Joan for hosting. Staying with Myra is like visiting a great old friend in an incredibly warm and pleasant home located in a terrific part of town. Loved my stay and would absolutely return…and probably will.
