Linda was an absolutely delightful host. She was flexible on our arrival time, didn’t rush us out, and was available and engage for any needs throughout our stay. The accommodations were very clean, comfortable, and centrally located. Linda provided plenty of recommendations and was eager to ensure we had everything we might want. Highly recommend this spot for a dog, as our little guy was perfectly accommodated.

This was such a nice stay! The instructions the host gave were the clearest ever! They included everything from how to find the driveway entrance, landmarks so we knew we were in the right parking spot, and any additional info that would be helpful in the studio. The host was so responsive to messages, very flexible, and even left us a bowl of fresh strawberries they picked! The place was clean and within short driving distance to so many great restaurants and activities.

Enjoyed the quiet and convenience.. has a simple routine of return to nest each time i came back to room. If i may suggest, perhaps can swop the bed with the couch (foldable sofa) as if its a studio/1 bdr apt.. (very adequate for single/couple) think works too if treated as 2 rms, as the second room space is more flexible.. To be fair, this being Brown Commencement wkend, the prices not representative year round.

We had a wonderful stay! Linda was a fantastic host! The in- law suite was just as it was described. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliance and dishes we needed. Plenty of towels and fresh linens. Linda gave us great directions for easy access to ninegrat pond and blue shutter beach. We have family in the area so we are often in need of lodging. I would definitely rent with Linda again. Thanks for being a super host Linda!

Gwenda and John’s home is absolutely beautiful and we had a fantastic stay there during our wedding weekend. Gwenda was incredibly kind, responsive, and left clear and helpful instructions. The location is beautiful and walkable to everything Bristol has to offer. The fridge stocked with snacks was an added bonus and a very thoughtful touch. We felt right at home and can’t recommend them highly enough!

A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a thoughtfully and beautifully decorated suite!We have friends in the neighborhood and recommended that they put up visiting friends and family here any time. We look forward to returning in the future!

There was no kitchen but the apartment above was available but Fran did not tell that it could have bee used. Overall a great place, location, and host.

Amazing vacation spot. Margaret and Mark are perfect hosts—super helpful and great communicators. Beautiful spot, gorgeous landscaping, and very cute (and super clean) apartment. Great access to beaches and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for more. Hope to return!

This is a basement apartment that you enter through the hosts garage. The place was very clean & comfortable. You can hear the host upstairs but nothing too loud. It would be nice if there was some type of kitchen sink to wash dishes & things but we used bathroom sink to rinse things. Tatiana was a great communicator & greeted us when we arrived. Quiet neighborhood and close to what you need. It was good for the 2 nights visiting the area.

Fabulous stay! Warm and welcoming. Even better than the photos! Great shower,comfortable bed and very responsive hosts. Walk to college hill and lots of cute shops nearby.

We only stayed for one night, but I wish we had been able to stay longer! It was clean and cozy with a beautiful view right on the water. Cara was responsive and provide clear instructions for check in and check out.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Dawn's Airbnb. It was an affordable room that was easy to travel to and from Newport for our trip. Clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Dawn was an excellent host and very responsive.

My family lives in the area and I personally love the neighborhood, the peaceful area for walks and fairly close to the long bike path, which is great for a run. The house is nicely laid out with a nice bathroom etc. We were there with our two boys, 6 and 9 - we set up the air mattress up stairs with the other bed, which worked well for us.

Really lovely place. It is a separate, little place with a separate entrance in the back. A little small if you have kids and are planning to just hang out there, but otherwise great.

We had a quick 2 night stay at this peaceful country retreat and wish we could have stayed longer. The property is magnificent and the airbnb was even better than described. Subtle hints all around the comfy unit reminded us to relax & breathe — and we did. The place was super clean, the bed was very comfortable. The linens/towels were soft. Snacks and a bottle of sparkling wine greeted us and we enjoyed both. The owner’s notes were helpful, we stopped by 2 of the suggested restaurants and enjoyed both. Thank you Jennifer Lynn & Mike for making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend you stay here too.

Matt was a great host, he was friendly, very helpful and this house was exactly what was shown/offered on the listing. Otis his golden was the perfect friend for our golden, Otis is very friendly and even let us let our pup swim in the creek in his backyard. His home was very clean, quiet neighborhood and very close to May different shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway, peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

Paris was a wonderful host and the space along with the outdoor property was better than expected. My husband and I stayed for a week with our young children. My kids has a great time and Paris was incredibly kind and welcoming towards us and our kids. We are definitely planning to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable apartment! The location is terrific, quiet and private yet less than 5 minutes drive to Belmont Market and 10 ish minutes walk to Whaler's brewery. The place was well stocked, clean and cozy.

This spot was perfect for a 2 person stay. It had everything you would need for a nice stay! Vicky was super responsive and kind. The studio isn’t walkable to downtown but there are many Ubers around which what we did. The studio was clean and exactly like the photos. Check in and out was super easy. Loved it!!

Leonard’s place was absolutely amazing. I just got married and my mom and sister and her family needed a place to stay. The place was clean and well maintained. Leonard was very communicative with instructions and made sure the beautiful pool was secure for my nephew and niece. I was definitely highly recommended this stay

Arlene was an amazing host. She greeted us with deliciously baked banana bread. The apartment was stocked with everything that we needed for breakfast as well as snacks. Our host was very warm and thoughtful. There was also a (beautiful view)of the water across the street. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is the place).

A cozy stay, well furnished, comfortable bed and bathroom, very responsive host with lots of great recommendations and very quickly responsive. Would definitely come back here!
