Excellent location right on the Grassmarket. Just up some steps to the Royal Mile. A block away from Victoria St. Couldn’t be better located! Very stylishly decorated. Easy to find and enter. One of, if not the best, Air BnBs we have stayed in! Would absolutely recommend!

Erguns place is very modern and updated. Ergun was very responsive and a great host. Would highly recommend you stay here. Close to the royal mile but far enough away you don’t get all of the tourists. I would absolutely stay here again.

Emma’s Airbnb is excellent and I would stay there again without hesitation. Emma was friendly, welcoming and very responsive. The flat is in a quiet, safe area of town but only a short walk (3 blocks) to the center of the Royal mile. Check in was easy and flexible. We arrived late and Emma left recommendations for a friendly pub, Holyrood 9A, a block from the flat that served late dinner. The flat was very comfortable and well equipped. The 2 bedrooms were perfect for our group of 3 adults. The beds were very comfortable. Emma even provided different types of pillows to make sleeping comfortable. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas. The TV has local channels and streaming services available. We brought laundry detergent pods with us to use the combo washer/dryer. UK dryers aren’t as fast as the separate dryer we have in the US so we washed clothes in the evening and hung them to dry overnight which worked well. Overall, Emma’s place worked perfectly for our visit to Edinburgh.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time staying in Connor's place which looked just like the pictures and felt like a home in Scotland. Very walkable to downtown as well as great restaurant options just a few minutes away. Connor was responsive and helpful with a guide that covered everything needed. Would definitely stay here again when I return to Edinburgh.

Maureen was helpful even before we traveled, with helpful advice on getting around and to and from the airport and train station. When we walked into the flat we were surprised with fresh flowers in the dinette and bathroom as well as fresh fruit, tea & coffee & milk. We arrived in Edinburgh hours before check-in and Maureen met us to work out where we could leave our luggage so we could enjoy some time in the city without lugging it around! SUPERHOST for sure.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely flat in Edinburgh. The location was good for our needs. The castle view out the windows was spectacular. It was an extremely clean space. The building is new and also very clean and we felt very safe and secure here. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer/dryer combo was so nice to have. As listed, it is a studio but don’t let that deter you from staying here. It is situated such that the bedroom area is separate from the living space, there just is not a door. It worked just fine for the two of us. The living room area was nice for unwinding after a long day. The decor was also very nice and up to date. We are glad we had the chance to stay here.

Lorne’s place was stunning! We were greeted by a colleague who was so friendly and helpful. The place was perfect for 2 people. It was clean, well decorated and stocked with treats for us. We felt right at home. The location was very walkable to a fun neighborhood and about a 15-20 minute walk to the major sights. We couldn’t ask for a better stay in Edinburgh!

My friends and I enjoyed a great stay at Di’s place. She was an excellent host - from booking through to check out - and offers a very well equipped, spotlessly clean and spacious place to stay in a lovely part of Edinburgh. The beds are comfy, the decor is tasteful and lighting has been well thought-out. And there’s a lovely garden too. We found it a very pleasant and peaceful place to return to after exploring Edinburgh. There are great restaurants, coffee shops and shops a couple of minutes walk away - and it is a nice walk into the centre of the city and out to Arthur’s Seat. A home away from home ❤️ The house was lovely, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I was travelling with parents and a small child - so split levels meant everyone could have their own space and a big communal area on the ground floor which was perfect for us all. Location was great. A short cab ride into town, but walkable too. Close by to Arthur’s Seat, which is a must to do while in Edinburgh. Karen and Carina are amazing hosts, very responsive and went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

Truly spectacular view in a wonderful setting. Gorgeous property that is obviously a project that is well loved. We would welcome the opportunity to stay here again.

This was one of our favorite AirBnb experiences! The location was perfect (near the tram and bus stops), and since we rented a car for day trips, the garage was an added bonus, not available in many AirBnb’s. Peter’s place was spotless and very comfortable for myself, my husband, and adult daughter. Great shower, very quiet neighborhood. We stayed during a heat wave and were not at all disturbed at night with the windows open. Peter has a large assortment of books about the history of Edinburgh and sightseeing opportunities, and we enjoyed looking through them. We would definitely stay here again!

This, by far, is the best stay I have visited. Marie is the perfect host, communicated in an exceptional manner, and provided the loveliest place to centre our stay in Edinburgh. From check in to check out, I felt welcome, comfortable, and well situated. Buses were frequent to go anywhere we needed and the accommodation was a welcome resting place after a long day of exploring. I have stayed many places but Marie's provided both the necessities and little extras that made this a fondly remembered experience rather than just a place to lay my head. I recommend this to anyone who wishes to visit and will be recommending it to family and friends who wish to visit in the future.

The location was excellent—central, safe, and within easy reach of key attractions, public transport, and some great cafes. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. I have been to Edinburgh a few times and my daughter wanted to go back for her high school graduation present, so I really wanted to make this trip special. We found Eliana's place and my daughter immediately said that was the one, so we booked it. This apartment is beautiful and looks even better in person. It's super charming and very roomy, which is rare in Edinburgh. The location is perfect, just steps away from so many places for coffee and food, with a Boots just up the road a few steps as well. We went in the middle of the tourist season, so there was some noise at night, but nothing out of the ordinary or unexpected for being so close to everything. Eliana was a fantastic host. She was super communicative and very proactive in reaching out to make sure our check-in and check-out were seamless. Overall, everything helped me give my daughter the special trip that I was hoping for and she has requested that we stay here again the next time we visit. Thank you again, Eliana!

This is by far one of the best locations to explore Edinburgh from. Walking distance to both the old and new town, Royal Mile, even Dean Village was only a 30 minute walk away. We felt very at home. Instructions for both check-in and check-out were clear. We highly recommend this place and will definitely see if it's available the next time we come to Edinburgh!

This place far exceeded our expectations!!! One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed out. The comfort of the home is amazing and the decor is fun yet homie, yet the architecture was left to amaze and was well preserved. Felt like home right away. The location was great and was an easy walk to the Royal mile and everything else nearby. If returning to Edinburgh I’m booking here again.

The best AirBNB we have ever used! I can’t not say enough about this place. Kornelia was a perfect host in every way. Communication too notch. The residence was so immaculate and had every single thing you possible needed! The bad was so comfortable for a great night sleep after touring all day. The bus stop is a two min walk around the corner. You will not be disappointed here!!!
