My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Awesome house, amazing location, lots to do- we hope to come back again! Plenty of towels, blankets, linens, beach chairs which was great.

We loved our stay at Sunset Blush! As regular visitors to Plum Island for fishing and birdwatching, we have stayed at a view different properties. Sunset Blush is a favorite. The apartment feels more private than many other locations on the island. We enjoyed sunrise with coffee on the back deck and the unit has a fantastic view from the front window of Plum Island's renowned sunset. With easy access within a few blocks to restaurants, provisions, the beach, and the wildlife refuge, the location is excellent and yet very quiet. The unit is well-equipped with everything needed and is tastefully decorated with just the right amount of seaside vibes. The indoor fireplace is delightful on a cool, autumn evening after a chilly day fishing!!! We were super comfy and cozy. The second floor of the unit is perfect for two people, and can sleep more on the lower level. Melissa was responsive and accommodating with schedule changes. We hope to be back next year!!! Thank you for everything! :D

Plum Island - Luxury Beach House

We rent a house on PI every year and this house was perfect for us. We could walk to the basin with our SUP’s, easy walk to beach and stores and ice cream! We loved the double outdoor shower option for the kids after a long sandy day at the beach and they supplied all the beach toys, umbrellas and chairs! The rooftop deck was our favorite part we watched the sunset every night. We would rent this house again if the dates line up!

The layout of the house is perfect for 2 different families.. we loved the walking distance to basin and beach. And also how close Sandy point Beach was. The kitchen is open and was very helpful when cooking for many people. Outdoor shower has warm water which was ideal to just get all the sand off everything before coming in. The host was quick to respond. When we arrived the place was nice and clean. They have AC if needed.

We absolutely loved this space and Plum Island! It was the perfect escape with friends. The space was clean, cool (important in the summer!), and cutely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and the rooms were comfortable! It was an easy walk to Sunset Club and other fun Plum Island spots. We enjoyed the ability to stop in Newburyport too for additional fun spots. We particularly appreciated the proactive communication by our hosts. They messaged us before checking in with some tips on the island. They also sent us over some suggested activities specifically for the days we were there. We especially loved the beach yoga! We will certainly be back! Thanks for your hospitality!
