Our place is unlike any other on the lake! The home is fully stocked and includes kayaks, pedal boat and lilly pad for your enjoyment. We have a dock and firepit. You will have no need to go anywhere else while you are here, as Camp Q has so many things to offer. The outside kitchen has 2 grills and a fridge. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

The Inspiration House

Ryan and I are certain you will love Newberry's friendly "small town" atmosphere. Our home was built in the late 1800's. It provides visitors with an eclectic blend of "old house" charm and modern updates within walking distance to the Newberry Opera House and wonderful downtown restaurants. The house features over 3,600 square feet of high ceilings, heavy pocket doors for privacy, three fireplaces, four bedrooms with three queen and two twin beds, 3.5 baths..and a wonderful front porch.

Clark Street Manor in the heart of Chapin

Enjoy the small town atmosphere as well as the convenience of being in close proximity to local restaurants and super markets. No lake front property access to Lake Murry at this location, but Dreher Island State Park is an 13 minute drive that provides access to boat launches, fishing, and swimming. Downtown Columbia and the Riverbank Zoo is a 22 minute drive. Hiking and mountain bike trails nearby. This 5 bedroom home has accommodations for 10 people and plenty of free parking.

Welcome to The PC House! Location is key! We are a 1-minute walk from campus, 3 minutes from baseball fields & 5 minutes from the football stadium! Our house is on a quiet street with campus security nearby. Everything is newly decorated with fresh paint, new furnishings, new beds, and family room furniture. We have a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and beautiful front porch views. We also have an electric fireplace, cable and WiFi.
