Vacation rentals with a fire pit in New Zealand

Absolutely loved our stay. Plenty of room, lovely home backed right on the beach. Didnt even mind that one day was horrible weather, was cosy to stay in and play with the board games. Cant wait to book again.

Carly’s place is beautiful ! The house is very spacious and clean. Kitchen is very nice and has all the basic things that you need. The views were beautiful and we could spot the deers from the deck it was magical. Would absolutely recommend! We had a amazing stay

This is undoubtably one of the best Air BNB places we have stayed. We felt at home and spent many an hour sitting at the window with the fire crackling - nice glass of red in hand of course. not much more to say except WOW. Thank you to Angela and her family for sharing their place with us

We had such a fun time at this property. We visited with friends for my Fiancés birthday and it literally had everything we needed! The favourites were the hot tub and table tennis table. The beds were luxurious and comfy with amazing views from each room. It was so peaceful and relaxing - we all had a perfect time. Thanks so much for having us!

The most beautiful retreat amongst singing birds, nature, gardens and the river. We loved every minute of our stay especially the log burner and delicious ambience. Loveday has very tastefully furnished the house with style and nothings been missed. We were there when it was very cold and so we spent time reading books, and chilling - which we never seem to do at home! Both hosts were welcoming and delightful and gave us privacy while also stocking us up with wood for the fire. We will be back and can't wait to experience heaven once more! Beautiful spot in Mapua with amazing views. Great amenities and we especially loved the outdoor fireplace and bath - both amazing under a very starry sky. Short drive to the Mapua wharf, and was a great base for us to explore Abel Tasman (approx 30 minute drive to Marahau).

We had a very comfortable stay! The place was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The view was stunning, and the host communicated all the details clearly, which made check-in and our whole stay very smooth. Highly recommended!

This truly beautiful property felt like magic. From the charming decor to the stunning view of the lake, there was something wonderful in every corner. We were comfortable, warm and cosy right throughout our stay, which felt like the perfect base while we explored Queenstown and beyond.

Of all the places I have stayed this one might be the nicest. Absolutely beautifully decorated with every amenity you could want. The beds were really comfortable with little extras like electric bed warmers and a heater in the bathroom. It was quiet with a spectacular view of the ocean. This is a special place.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and welcoming home. The location is perfect — just a 10-minute walk to the town center, which made everything super convenient. The view from the window is stunning, with beautiful snow-capped mountains and a serene lake right outside. The host was warm, friendly, and very responsive throughout our stay. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit Queenstown. Highly recommended!

One of the most beautiful homes to stay in, the views are just as immaculate as the home. They had everything you could possibly need for a staycation and the team was super helpful and responsive. They spoiled us and I will definitely look to find accommodation with the team again!

Gorgeous place to stay. Everything was immaculately clean & well presented. Loved the extra touches of a welcome basket of nibbles & breakfast cereals,plus getting greeted with the most amazing cup of hot citrus tea.

Such a lovely and cosy wee spot! We had a really peaceful weekend here, it’s such a comfortable glamping spot! Plus it was such a treat to have the breakfast items too and marshmallows on the fire. Natalia was really helpful and friendly. 😊

Would definitely recommend Craig and Ri’s place if you are looking at seafront properties to stay for a night! The house had a small kitchen great for light cooking, a separate bedroom with plush bed and bathroom with shower amenities as well as a functioning heater to keep us warm! The living room has another heater as well and sofas are comfortable too. The walk to the hot tub shack was short (probably less than 30 seconds) and it is kept constant at 38 deg c, which is great during this chilly period! Overall, would recommend Craig and Ri’s place for anyone coming by to stay and looking to stroll along the beach.

Fantastic stay! The location is great—quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The tiny home has everything you need for a comfortable visit. Loved that groceries like bread, milk, and snacks were supplied—it made settling in so easy. Highly recommend this Airbnb and will 100% be back!
