She was an amazing host, very fast to reply to any question, also very friendly, the location is very peaceful and safe, you can enjoy the amazing views of Manhattan from the room.

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

We were very pleased with the accommodations! We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Exactly what i was looking for. Bedroom, full bathroom, wifi, laundry, and a shelf in the fridge. Never used the kitchen, although he was very friendly letting me know it was available for use when i checked in. Parking not perfect, but i always found a spot in the lot or nearby on the road.

Good host. Very responsive. Very clean home.

This was such a great space to stay for a quick trip. While shared, there was privacy and all facilities were accessible anytime. Jennifer was super friendly, accommodating and an excellent host - would absolutely stay here again.

The place is Beautiful and is very easy to get there if you are planning to visit NY. Perhaps the only issues were that there were only one towel and that the property don’t have el atoe, despiste that, I think is very good place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Tami’s place. The location is excellent – just a 5-minute walk to the subway, which made it easy to explore the city. It’s also close to a lovely park, which was great for a quick walk or some time outdoors. The private room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and very comfortable – just as described. While getting to some parts of Manhattan can take around 45 minutes by subway, it was never an issue for us. Tami was a great host – communication was smooth, and we really appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the apartment on the day we arrived. All in all, a perfect stay. We'd definitely come back!

Loved the area with easy access to the subway and good restaurant options. The room was very comfortable with plenty of space for two people. Elizabeth is super responsive and helpful with whatever you would need. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was nice. Just how the description says small but very cozy—just what you need if you’re planning to spend most of the day out or are good with a comfortable space. Great location, especially once you get the hang of the bus system. (i recommend getting the nj bus app or moovit) It’s a very good option if you’re going to New York—affordable and well connected. Had groceries stores close and the buss stop really is a 5 minutes distance John was always very attentive. He showed up at the Airbnb at times, you could ask him anything or even he would recommend stuff to do. He always replied to messages quickly. The house always had all the basic essentials, and also john provided things like umbrellas or ac in good spirits —everything was perfectly fine in that sense. Overall, it was a great experience, and even better considering the price. I would come back. Thank you John!

Marjorie was friendly when checking in. The room was decorated in a welcoming way. In the hot weather I was happy that the room was already air conditioned when I arrived! The neighborhood was cute too.

Comfortable and quiet place for a quick Brooklyn getaway.

I needed to stay close to where my father was rehabbing, and this place was absolutely perfect. It was clean, safe, and exactly what I needed. Francesco was accommodating, responsive, and very easy to work with throughout the process. The apartment was a great size and very comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Mike was an amazing host! My husband and I (and our dog) lived at the condo for three months while our home was being renovated. Very well appointed kitchen, bath and laundry. The bedroom was super comfortable and cozy and I slept just like I was at home. I could not recommend this apartment enough! Also very accessible to the Path or bus into NYC. Mike was also incredibly responsive. There’s a back patio that is really lovely and feels private.

Will come back when I am in NYC. Easy to get on subway. Joshua let me check in slightly early which was a great help to me.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Newark, NY! The space was incredibly clean, airy, and very comfortable for our whole family. We had plenty of room to spread out and truly felt at home for all 9 days. Communication with the host was excellent—clear, quick, and helpful throughout. Everything went smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Where do I begin with Kings Airbnb? From the time I booked his Airbnb he communicated with me well. Upon arriving to the Airbnb there was lots of parking and easy access to the unit. When you walk into King's Airbnb you are greeted with beautiful Decor in every room. King's Airbnb will definitely be one I will revisit in the near future.

Hirian (Olga son) is literally the best! So accommodating and flexible . Literally even helped me out with one of my aunts that elderly. Can’t say enough of how great of a spot and host this Airbnb is . There’s so much to do and walkable, great culture and food on the street the Airbnb is on , public transportation is accessible . If you aren’t sure the host is right there available to answer any questions. It was a girls trip of 7 and we felt comfortable in the area , everyone slept great , space was clean. Two bathroom helps a lot and there was space for everyone to sleep . It is a two flight stair to climb but nothing crazy . Would definitely book here again if we come back to visit and felt that the price is affordable. Communication and hospitality is key and hirian (Olga son) definitely out shine himself . 10/10 recommend staying here for a trip to NY or NJ.

We absolutely loved our stay at Laurie’s place in Hoboken! The home is exactly as pictured—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and incredibly well thought-out. Laurie has truly anticipated every need, making it easy to feel right at home. We were a group of six (three couples), and the space was perfect—spacious & comfortable. The beds were especially cozy. The location couldn't have been better—just a 10-minute walk to the PATH train, which made getting into NYC fast and simple. After long days exploring, it was so nice to return to a quiet, relaxing home base in Hoboken. The neighborhood itself is absolutely charming, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes. I only wish we’d had more time to enjoy Hoboken itself. We especially loved grabbing coffee just a block away at Hey Coffee People and relaxing in the peaceful backyard. All in all, Laurie’s place is a rare find. If it’s available, don’t hesitate to book. We’d return in a heartbeat!
