This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

A fantastic stay: totally private yet with expansive views. Birds galore, June was the perfect time to spot them all. House is gorgeous and unique. Fantastic hosts, stayed here 8 years ago and I very much hope to be back before another 8 years passes. Thank you to Lisa and Nafeeza!

We lived in the area for 50 years and moved. We came home to visit sick family member. Felt at homes and nice to stay in the area we grew up in. Alot of changes but still a beautiful area. The horses were right out our front and enjoyed watching them. Very quiet and clean. Had to get used to pot holes (but to be expected after winter) :) Will return again soon. Thank you.

Stayed for West Point 2025 graduation. About 20-25 minute drive to post in one direction, about 20 minute drive in other direction to Beacon. House is set up for family entertaining with front porch and backyard seating areas. Detached garage building houses a pool table to enjoy. Host welcomed us with an unexpected graduation basket filled with treats, and fridge stocked with some drinks and fruit. Plenty of towels, linens, blankets, and soaps in bathrooms/kitchens. They were prompt with responding to messages and inquiries, and allowed us to check in early on our journey from California which was an extremely huge help for our group. While the listing states room for 6, there is potential for 8-9 should it be permitted. Should we travel back to the area, we would definitely consider staying at this listing again.
