Condo vacation rentals in New Providence

One Cable beach was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The unit was spotless . There was plenty of towels and the kitchen had plenty of condiments and cooking utensils. The pool is absolutely amazing with a beautiful beach view. It was within safe, walking distance to BaHaMar. 5 star host that was extremely responsive. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Tatjana’s apartment was even better than described. So spacious and well designed, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. The pool and beach area were stunning and the fact that you could do water sports right from the beach was a big plus. Lovely location. The beach towels, cool box and snorkelling gear was so handy to take out and explore the beautiful beaches. Would highly recommend hiring a car so you can get anywhere you’d like. Tatjana is a wonderful host - super helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, stylish, and comfortable - perfect for relaxation. The private beach was a huge highlight, just a 5 min walk away and so peaceful. Highly recommended for a restful getaway in a stunning setting!

If I were to tell you that I looked at EVERY AirBnB on New Providence… you may think I was exaggerating… I would not be… We took so much time and consideration choosing what would be the best match for our needs, and this was perfection. The condo was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Heather and her team went above and beyond to ensure that our accommodation and stay on the island went smoothly. We loved the location. Downtown is a short drive that typically took about 15 minutes, a short walk to the public access of Cable Beach, and you can be to Jaws Beach in about 20 minutes. The unit is right next to the pool, making peaceful mornings and evenings. We also took advantage of the outdoor shower by the pool to rinse off at the end of a beach day to ensure we brought in as little sand as possible. The one draw back, if you are a sucker for a sunrise/sunset, then Cable Beach area in general may not be for you. Being in the middle of the north facing island, it was hard to catch either.

Had an emergency and needed a place to stay Coline did not hesitate to to get the place ready and have me checked in , everything was perfect thanks so much I shall return ! 🫶🏾

Our stay was very peaceful and comfortable. The place was just as described and felt like home. It was a very convenient location and we appreciated all of the amenities. Van's instructions and communication were clear and he was very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Our rental of Samantha's condo was well above what you would expect from condo rentals. She was very helpful with answering questions and her place was clean and everything worked great for our trip. The bed was very comfortable and having the washer and dryer in the unit is a plus to be able to clean clothes while there. The only thing that I can say was an issue was the water pressure in the shower and kitchen sink. Would definitely choose her condo again if we return to Nassau.

This condo is a very good option if visiting Nassau and want to avoid the resort crowds. The unit is very spacious and modern. The pool deck is immaculate and the highlight of the property. I've stayed in this building before and it is starting to show some signs of wear and tear from the elements. The unit itself has similiar feel including the furniture. There is a lack of good quality, reasonably priced restaurants in the area so having a kitchen is helpful. Can walk to beach very easily. Enjoyed the stay and would return. Host is very responsive and helpful.

It was a beautiful stay. The place is great. Comfortable, spacious, modern, fully equipped. We took advantage of both the pool and the gym. The beach is small but Nassau offers several beautiful beaches to enjoy. Great location. Tamara gave us the check-in instructions plus a number of tips for things to do in Nassau. We really took advantage of it. She was very friendly and helpful. She allowed us to check out late, which helped us a lot with flight schedules. I would really come back and recommend it!!

Tamara was a most responsive host - always friendly and quick in her replies. You’ll have everything you need there. Her place is clean and as described. The gym is great! Cable Beach is chill - you will not be able to go for a long walks on the beach in front of the complex - it’s is short and with jetties on both sides; there’s no chairs or set-up on the beach itself. The pool was great - always could find a chair & shade/sun. The kitchen was well stocked and made food prep easy. You might consider renting a car depending on how long you were there. Every taxi ride was a minimum of $40 regardless of where you went. Buses got crowded during the week. We got into the habit of walking to BahaMar if we wanted to eat out. It was very handy to have basics at Smittys right next door - along with frozen yogurt and a liquor store. Tamara was also kind enough to set us up with the wonderful Monique who had easy taxi rides for us during the week. All in all, a great stay!

Great spot for an experienced traveler or anyone familiar with the Bahamas. The condo was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with an amazing balcony to enjoy the view. We had a bit of trouble with the check-in process, but aside from that, everything else was smooth. No complaints overall — would stay again!

For my first international trip it was really easy and had everything they said we would have. communal areas were nice and easily accessible. pretty private like you had the place to ourselves.

This air bnb was perfect. The picture match the actual bnb, it’s more beautiful in person. This area was peaceful and friendly. The pool area was great. The host was very responsive and helpful when you had questions . Thank you for a great weekend. 10/10 would recommend.

This was our first trip to Nassau and I was so happy with the condo! It has a perfect little private porch area, was quiet and safe and just steps to a beautiful beach that was never crowded. There are vendors with jet skies, tubes and parasailing right out on the beach but also plenty of space for safe swimming. Only 10 minute walk to many restaurants, highly recommend Anthonys, and basic supply stores. There is actually a full grocery market that had just opened and was working to get stocked called Soloman's Fresh Market. We would definitely stay here again!

We cannot say enough kind things about Tracy, her team, and her place. The property and our condo were exactly like the pictures, and both were lovely. The attention to detail in the condo and the property are top-notch. Everything was clean, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, my sister and I felt very safe as the property has a locked gate and a tall wall surrounding it. It was also within walking distance of several restaurants and the beach. One of our favorites was Sunset Beach Club, with beautiful ocean views and great food! The property's pool area was a welcome retreat. Beautiful plants, relaxing waterfall feature, ample seating, and the lights at night were perfect for evening swims. Side note, the pool and laundry facilities are shared with the other 2 condos on property but, everyone was friendly and welcoming. We would stay at Tracy's property again in a heartbeat and hope to return soon!

This was my second stay at Elvira's place and it was impeccable. Elvira goes way above and beyond the other hosts at this property. I know because I've stayed at several other AirBNBs at Palm Cay. First, there is the personal touch. She or a member of her family greets you in person to let you in. This is a welcome change from other hosts who have electronic key locks for which they don't give you full instructions and so you spend a good 30 minutes of your stay just trying to get into the place. Next, Elvira's place is beautifully decorated with local art on the walls. There is even a gift basket with local treats and a 5-gallon water dispenser, which trust me is way more valuable than it sounds. Without it, you are trekking to the nearby grocery store to buy gallon bottles of water for drinking and cooking. My husband, who was not with me on my 1st visit said the second he entered, "Wow, this feels like home!" It does! Immaculately clean and so comfortably appointed.

Loved our stay at Starfish! Having never been to Nassau I think I asked more questions than I have to any other host and she responded very timely and was super knowledgeable every time! The location was perfect for our family providing very easy access to the beach and pools. Very chill atmosphere which is exactly what we were looking for. We purchased the day passes for $22/day which gave us even more beach access, Inc bar and Pink Octopus access. Would definitely recommend this as well. The staff were amazing and so friendly they felt like friends! The condo was very clean and spacious. Was hard to leave and head back to the cold!

Life Saver In Paradise Island! My brother & I were in another Airbnb prior to booking Sarah place. I saw Sarah listing great reviews + photos which in person are a match. I reached out to Sarah within minutes she responded that her place was available. Sarah saved us when we change our stay at the last minute. She welcomed us into a wonderland beautiful oasis. Her place is 5/5 private patio to Sun bath, or have an evening drink or morning coffee. The pool is great the entire grounds are well maintained. Cabbage beach is down the road very beautiful ocean. What stands out at Sarah place Is the interior design which details great scale of the unit. Top of the line linens we appreciate that. This place is lovely definitely quality all the way around. Walkable community or take a walk across the bridge to great authentic Island food. Taxi are all around if needed. We will be back. Sarah is one of a kind. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful oasis!
